Ark I have a base recommendation the big shed directly south of Novaya train station and preferably on a sever with bases at Novaya and you could live right under there nose

Playing as a solo and not being seen is the easiest thing to do on dayz, and yes staroye is the worst place theres always multiple people/squads there I don't think iver been there and not seen someone
