I have a question. I’ve been learning so much from you guys and I’ve been running into one problem. On weekdays literally nobody is home until 4:30pm or it’s just the wife telling me I can’t make a decision without husbands permission. What are ways to get around this cuz it really slows me down

So I recommend getting the house number and the wife’s number for sure, and saying something like this: “for sure, you and the husband can talk it out, so I’ll just drop by again in ____ minutes and after we get the windows cleaned, we can all walk around and take a look, is that alright?” You can also shorten that!
Don’t go to those neighborhoods until after 4:30, you’ll find yourself getting more frustrated than you will sales. Find neighborhoods where there are more older folks so that you’ll find people home earlier in the day. Keep Grinding G🤟
