There are now alot of beginner courses and competition is very high at starting level and many companies have not enough positions for hiring Freshers new to DevOps, they are instead looking for 3-4 years of experience atleast which they consider as fresher.
it's true, the market is tough right now. Hopefully, will pick up early next year. Till then, focus on developing your skills, make good quality projects and learn in public

People will always drag you down coz they think they can't do it. If you have the courage to fight. Don't wait and start looking into the roadmap that suits you and start the journey.

if it's true remote, then you need work visa in your home country. However, most jobs advertised on portals are in-country remote!
