This is great! I have wanted to connect my strands of finger knitting and now I know thanks to your instructional vid. The only suggestion I would like to give is don't stop at just two or three stitches then pause the vid to finish to the end but go to at least five stitches before pausing; that's for us, slow learners :).
I learned how to finger knit in middle school, but I never thought about doing this. I will have to try this

I have the hang of it until it comes to picking up stitches. I don't know which ones to pick up, and the start of that process was confusing because you say to skip one? I've never knitted before so this is a lot to figure out, even while this tutorial is very helpful and I got the length done

Yeah definitely! Just search up “how to alternate colors when finger knitting” and theres some good tutorials that can help you out, hopefully you see this incase you didnt figure it out by now. ^^

Varna Maddocks hi there! The yarn is old and I think it is mill ends from an old Deborah Norville line of colors. But the main yarn I think is Premier Everyday Worsted. I think it is a color line when they has it as her name included. So I don’t have a link.
For the sweater are you looking for a finger knit version or something else?
