In ioS 15, you have to go onto your network page, go into Apps using WLAN and mobile data, and enable all the key apps. Then you can sign into Apple, then your browser, weather app, re-installing apps should work after that
Settings, mobile data, underneath you should enable everything. It will appear green. Then go back onto the main settings, enter your Apple ID details. The apps should start installing and you can change onto Wi-Fi
Just ran into the same issue but my fix was: in settings -> mobile -> scroll down the list of apps on the page and find the “Settings” app, it somehow says “Off” which means no data usage is permitted when using “Settings” and thus causing the connection failure. Switching back to “WLAN & Mobile” solved my problem.
I've done all those steps and have watched other videos but nothing has helped please can you help me. when i go to update my apps it keeps showing the previous owners apple ID even though i have set it up to be mine and re-installed all the apps again under my ID. Now when I go to update my app it tells me verification Failed an unknown error occurred.
I've literally tried every single one of these steps with my Apple TV box and nothing has worked yet. I just want to add the Paramount+ app to my Apple TV box but it keeps telling me that "there was an error connecting to the Apple ID server", even after I've gone through all of your steps. I even downloaded the app onto my phone so that it would be listed in my Purchased apps but it doesn't come up through that on the box. What in the world am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?
@@Qejt, I took the whole Apple TV box to a local place that repairs phones and stuff. They didn't seem to have any issue and everything worked fine when they were downloading apps. They told me that if you just keep trying it will eventually work, the Apple site might say that everything is running fine but sometimes they're not telling the truth. Maybe take yours to a place that works on phones and tablets, they might be able to help you out.
@@samil1522 not anymore i had to call t-mobile and apple twice and apple care and i also had to wait account recovery for 3 days so it just took forever
@@samil1522 i already got it taken care of, i never had access to my apple id or my phone number connected to it, and it would always tell me failed to connect to server so i called my carrier tmobile and called apple and applecare also because my phone was fucked up but yeah its solved now i literally had to watch this video on a website before but thx tho
