Yes. Onions and garlic good for your health. I have started putting them in the ground here in East Texas. Love greens. Even our grandson love them. We are blessed so we try to bless others with the extras we have. Thanks for the tour of the garden. We are trying a hoop greenhouse this year. We like tomatoes for our salads . ❤Potatoes. I just leave them in the ground until I need them. I cover in the winter with 6. Inches of mulched up leaves and grass
The potato 🥔 bucket method is what I use during the spring/summer. Sunchokes? Cabbage/Cauliflower/Broccoli/radishes these guys are still growing
Planted for the first time this year is garlic and onion bulbs 💡 had three days of almost 70s weather and they sprouted through the 6 inches of mulched up leaves/pine needs. Crazy

I'm super jealous, you can grow all year around. Your gardens are so amazing. For the last 2 and half months I've had killing frost or as of now snow coving the ground. Even with our mild winter, our high for the day was 30 degrees Fahrenheit, our low was 12 degrees Fahrenheit. We have about 4 months of growing season.
We are going to be putting up a couple of greenhouses, we already have one hop house for our vine plants 😁
The deer here, jumped my garden fence this year and they are always breaking through our electric fence for the pasture, where the steers are.

You have many bases covered Misty, in all the varieties of crops you grow. And the greenhouse is really nice, healthy healthy lifestyle! Do you ever use the deep bedding from the chickens, for compost and enriching your raised planter beds? That'll really make things grow. Plus the cow manure from your cattle would be really great too for those raised planter beds (aged cow manure).
