The auto-V LoZ is a great feature not only that it measures AC or DC automatically but it reads the true voltage, meaning no ghost voltages. In AC is great because, if the neutral or the hot is missing you know right away. It acts like the old analog voltmeters.
Clear and to the point. Awesome job. Please do more videos with the Fluke 117

It is indeed, and this was an awesome review, Matt !!! 👍💪✌🇺🇸😊
Dude I love my fluke 117 😊
Dang mine didnt come with those sweet retractable leads :(
You have to buy them separately. They're like $50 or so (fluke tl175)
Would you recommend this or the t6-1000 for a trainee electrician?
Can anyone tell me where the difference is between the Fluke 117 and the 117c?
Can you check continuity?
Yes
He said “just the tip” 😂
👍
It's too expensive nowadays for what it is though.
No, it's amazing. If anything its a bargain. I've been running fluke meters for 30 years with no issues
