There's a tab on the right that lets you open up part position and rotation. You can nudge parts using that. Iirc the icon is under the symmetry menu and looks like a gear with a wrench over it. :)

@@ridgewind Im only familiar with using Overload. However, more power to you if you know how to work with the file itself!
