I really never understood why YT thought it was a good idea to let random companys have tools that actually creators dont have, there must of been a friend to a high up at YT who wanted to start one of these companies back in the day....
It makes sense from their POV to, in theory, deal with 20 company reps and not 30 000 creators not accustomed to company/business speak. But in practice well, we know the results.
This is why you should be very careful what agreements you sign and if a company is as delinquent in payment, lawyer up, look through your contract and see if you can sue.
It would be interesting if there was a mandatory implementation of a standardized "financial health" rating which had to be transparently disclosed at the beginning of every company financial report, something that is easy to interpret so that those who lack some of the skills (or time) required to understand a company's financial health will still be able to understand exactly where the company stands. Perhaps something like one measure for 'company's current financial health', another measure for 'company financial health at this time in the PAST financial year', a third measure for '% difference in financial health between now and this point in time in the PAST financial year'.
Oddly enough, there is a company I'm a shareholder of who does this. They're pretty transparent and doing very well. They don't do everything perfect, but as far as corporations go both me and the customers are pretty happy.
5:00 That is against accounting regulations. As a company that holds cash/payments for another party and bears none of the financial risks, this conpany would be seen as an "agent" and can therefore not recognize the payment they hold for others as revenue. As an agent you can only recognize the revenue of the cut you receive from the payment.
Same I didn’t know he had a separate channel. I always find his videos relaxing and enjoyable! The audio quality sounds good on my end though, it could be your device.
One thing to note is a company having liabilities higher then assets isn't always bad, but in this case the assets are going down year to year and liabilities are going up, which is not a great sign. Both going up can indicate the company is growing, and if the liabilities were going down it could mean that they were paying off earlier debts, but this is a financial circling of the bowl.

@@ReddO_Live”being a RUclipsr is something we love just like any other job bro” News flash: Most people don’t like their jobs, bro. That’s literally dude’s point.
These contracts are misunderstood - a cure period is not the payment period. Cure is the time between "we screwed up and missed a payment" and "we've defaulted, and now we can be sued". It's bad faith to repeatedly rely on the cure period and can get the contract thrown out on its own if the pattern keeps up.
Machinima, Defy Media, Maker, Big Frame. So four pence 😂 I'm sure there are more but too late for me to research rn. I think a bunch went under around 2010ish
I suspect they delayed the video releases to line up deliberately out of respect for each other and so it was easier for an audience to click through onto both videos. Typically when to creators enter each other's orbit regarding the same subject they'll direcct their focus on different aspects of the subject to add value to watching both videos and will reference each other's videos as going into that specific detail. For example, Todd In The Shadows delayed his video about James Somerton being riddled with misinformation because HBomberguy was also working on his video about James Somerton's plagiarism, and the two ended up sharing stuff they had found out.
Relax people I'm watching both. I just clicked here first with my eyes closed. Anyways Research has shown that once more than 10 percent of your neighbors are Black, the value of your home declines. As the percentage of Black neighbors increases, the property’s value plummets even further

The 10 million dollar studio is being renovated, so for now we hide in the void
It's usually best to divide your big videos from your more low-effort stuff.
I heard he sold the studio to pursue vintage lego sets that are still sealed.
Yup, my sources confirm this @@backtoobasics
So you could ask a question
How did i not know this channel existed ive been watching coffee for years?
Don’t put props in the void , your promised void and I expect void.
How dare you called Slenderzilla a prop
Bold of you to assume he put that there
What, I thought the prop is the void. If you stare at the void, the void will stare back at you
I'm taking an accounting class right now, and you're more helpful than my lectures 😂
As an agent you can only recognize the revenue of the cut you receive from the payment.
you should green screen the mannequin behind you so it just looks like a set of clothes hanging in the void😂
I recomend linking this channel to your main channel to drive traffic twoards this one. I was completely unaware you were still making content
So pleased to find out Coffee has another channel🙌 I do think the volume can be upped just a bit cause it feels lower than other videos.
Same I didn’t know he had a separate channel. I always find his videos relaxing and enjoyable! The audio quality sounds good on my end though, it could be your device.
Noooo, this is perfect to doze and chill to. No bright lights, animations, music, and a nice level speech pattern.
So... no voidzilla update about the cryptoking's arrest?
I love the numbers, ngl. Helps me feel like I'm learning how to read these kinds of docs in the future.
My new greatest fear in life is that voidzilla tells me how badly I have managed my money and makes a video about it.
😂
Sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and rant to my TV. Voidzilla is so relatable, bless him.
It is confirmed... Excellent journalism exists within the void!
Genuinely enjoy these deep dives, thanks for making me feel smart now im off to listen to dog fucker jokes on the yard podcast, seeya
What happen to coffezilla channel???
Glad they Dropped me, so I signed with Defy instead......
Getting scammed was inevitable for me
Manakin in the background? The purity of the Void is being corrupted already!
Absolute disaster of a company my payments have been held for months.
Back to the classics, taking down the scammers
❤Those I didn't understand a lot of this video, I still LOVE hearing Coffeezilla go after "the bad guys."
GREAT WORK👏!
Let's be real. A RUclipsr's worst nightmare is having to get a normal 9-5 job.
Bro as a youtuber I can honestly say it's not "our worst nightmare" being a youtuber is something we love just like any other job bro
I've been working since I'm 12 I'm 25 now and only started youtube 2 years and I love creating content and connecting with people from all over the world
You won't understand if you're not in it
@Redd-O Shoulda stopped at "world".
@@ReddO_Live fym you have one video g
@@ReddO_Live”being a RUclipsr is something we love just like any other job bro”
News flash: Most people don’t like their jobs, bro. That’s literally dude’s point.
@@ReddO_Live Bruh got 1 video not even 2 minutes long 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Talking bout you a youtuber 😂😂😂😂
coffee, I think that's their lawyer behind you...
holding a cease and desist order.
I really like the deeper dive into the financials and actually analyzing the numbers. Keep it on!
bring back the pure void
These contracts are misunderstood - a cure period is not the payment period. Cure is the time between "we screwed up and missed a payment" and "we've defaulted, and now we can be sued". It's bad faith to repeatedly rely on the cure period and can get the contract thrown out on its own if the pattern keeps up.
Penguinz0 runs a company like this, he’s literarily the only one I would trust
Conspiracy Theory: void videos with the mannequin on the background are teasers for upcoming main channel videos.
If i had a nickel for every time these kind of companies go bankrupt i’d have three thats not much but its WEIRD THAT IT HAPPENED THREE TIMES!
Machinima, Defy Media, Maker, Big Frame. So four pence 😂 I'm sure there are more but too late for me to research rn. I think a bunch went under around 2010ish
Okay, I love the Batman homage. You got your Coffeezilla suit in the background, like a beast.
You and Muta released the videos at the same time.
because the videos are about the same topic. muta and coffeezilla also worked together to research the video topic
Yea, they know
I suspect they delayed the video releases to line up deliberately out of respect for each other and so it was easier for an audience to click through onto both videos.
