This makes complete sense. Germany had generations of hereditary military officers, especially in noble families. It's actually Hitler who put an end to this at large by killing many of them and discrediting the trade of war in the nation.
Well that makes a lot of sense. The German generals were the best in the world. How else could they defeat France who was a rough equal to them on paper in just weeks and hold their own against the USSR which outclassed them in manpower and industry about 2-1.
In the 20s before WW2 they didn't have a military thanks to the Treaty of Versailles so here it makes sense that they are overwhelmed by the USSR as likely the Germans were just rebuilding their Army after the treaty was lifted. They are also the frontline against Moscow next to Poland which unfortunately didn't show up here, which means that their generals were the 1st to fight the Soviets with the Polish Army.
@@forickgrimaldus8301 I don't mind the story and all, but as someone who has a history degree and is a huge WW2 buff, simply removing Hitler wouldn't change so much in the long run. The "accursed weather" was actually an Easter Egg. The very same line can be heard in the movie "Battle of the Bulge" when the allies are lookin' for the German armored division.

Still better suited for kids then RA2 and RA3 especially RA3 since it had women in scantily clothes for most part inviting the commander by end of the campaign. I like Red Alert to this better than Red Alert three as the concept was new and much befitting dialogues and twist
8:40 And this is where Westwood hinted at the formation of GDI during the events of Red Alert 1. Problem is, the 1950s world that Westwood created in Red Alert 1 was incredibly different than what an actual 1950s world would have looked like.
The thing I like most is how serious the setting is. I wish someone would remake this command and conquer. Maybe have a scene showing Einstein maybe talking about how much good he thought he was doing or something. Because all three wars was his fault lol.
What's interesting is the intro scene where he returns and the assistant is happy Hitler is done for... if it were time travel he most likely would have responded... "Who's Hitler?"
Well, he *did* know about the time travel, and he *was* in the vicinity of the anomaly, so it's possible he knew Hitler rose to power in the original timeline. Since he was affected by the anomaly like Einstein was (albeit to a lesser extent) he knew of both timelines. Also, it's explained that the Red Alert universe's version of WWII started up sometime in the early 1950s. Since this was only 1946, nobody knew of Stalin's schemes for world domination except Stalin himself and his inner circle.
The moment there's time travel, common sense is thrown out of the window. Nothing in it makes any physical or logical sense. In fiction, it's rather treated like traveling between distant locations.
Correct, Einstein could not have predicted the outcome of killing Hitler however he shouldn't of returned to the exact point and state from when he came. You can argue that in 46, nothing would of changed beyond the normal world since Germany didn't invade any nations in 36 so his start point wouldn't of changed. I think the craziest thing to come from Hitler's death is that the powers that be in 1950 already had technology from the 60's and technology the Nazi's invented and that somehow just exist in the 50's.
@@ivan_pozdeev_u I concur - time travel is a very strange plot device that requires the author to throw logic out the window to some degree or another because there are simply too many variables to accurately predict what attempts to alter the past would actually produce and how the time travelers would be affected by their own deeds.
I love having all these cut scenes in one place, I miss these old video games, but probably couldn't sit through them now of the outdated graphics, so at least I can relive the story...
19:55 - Frank Klepacki who did the music for Red alert plays the Soviet Guard. 27:20 - The second guy on the right behind the guy in the light tan uniform is Frank Klepacki again
Did anyone else notice that Kane is standing next to Stalin on the right (his left) in the video broadcast at 20:41? The quality was so low that I didn't recognise him at first, but it has to be.
I remember seeing this as a kid... I thought nothing of it, just a cameo/easter egg... now... after playing up to C&C4... its rather unsettling! (no spoilers though)
+Benjin P I now this is an old comment but the timeline of C&C splits at the end of Red Alert. If the Soviets win the war, the events set in motion will result in the Tiberium wars. If the allies win the war, the timeline results in Red Alert 2.
I wish someone competent could reboot Red Alert series and keep the dark, serious atmosphere that made RE1 so great. That was a true alternate history game, even if technology was unrealistic. I loved Red Alert 2, but still preferred the seriousness of RE1. And RE3 was an abomination made for little kids with little attention span. But the POTENITAL! It's still there! I would kill for another Red Alert. Game industry and technology have progressed so much since then and we could have another masterpiece. I also hated how the Soviets always lost. An alternate plot of Red Alert 2 (which would be amazing IMHO): at the end of RE1 Soviets conquered Europe (except Britain). RE2 would be again about Soviets conquering North America. While Soviets failure to take over all of North America is actually very plausible, it would be a nice change to see Americans lose for once. At least at first. Alternate plot of Red Alert 3-You cannot just take over such vast areas with population armed to the teeth and expect that population will stand by. Very successful resistance movement across USA and later Canada are formed which manage to make Soviets retreat and regret ever coming there. Soviets did not gave up easily, many thousands die and cities are in ruins. However, Americans know that it is not over yet. Red Alert 4- Wave after wave of of people join Europeans resistance movements, everyone is inspired by American success. Resistances are armed and helped by Britain, USA, Canada, Australia, South American nations and even some Asian and African nations. Everyone had enough of the Soviets. After some time, those nations directly send their armies to fight of Soviets. Canon ending is resistance being successful. However, as always, Soviet version of events is playable. Red Alert 5- Directly after Red Alert 4. Everyone against the Soviets. Invasion of USSR lasts for two years. Soviets are eventually defeated but at a great cost. These events have lasted for at least a decade and the world is in a worse state than after "our" World War 2. Many more people have died. At least in canon ending. Soviet campaign is brutally hard, Stalin (who lived much longer than in our universe) is determined to fight to the last man. Red Alert 6-A few decades later. Great European war between nations that would take inspiration from Second Balkan war. Plus civil wars and fights between different ideologies and regimes throughout Europe. During that time, weak but determined Soviet loyalists make a return. This would be the last Red Alert with no canon ending. This is just one version of events and the possibilities are endless. My version may be crap, but I had to give one example of how easily they could resurrect this series In the end, it all doesn't matter as long as the reboot is faithful to the original.
Storywise, this was the best of them. No satire or overdose of american patriotism vs russian communism. Just the still free nations rallying vs Soviet.
RedMarshallVelimir Well yeah, Russia was too greedy for it's own good back then. I just hope history doesn't repeat itself - which is why I urge all russians to ignore Putin's mad ramblings about enemies that doesn't exist, and instead take a que from China and Japan - peace is MUCH, MUCH more profiteble than war, and those two countries never lost their cultural roots or their importance in the world.
Luxai No sanctions on Saudi Arabia, only help when they intervene in Yemen to much greater degree than Russians. Similar story when Saudi tanks crush democracy protesters in bahrain. Similar story when US funds Egypt millitary $580 million after Egypt sentences hundreds to death in 2 day trials, jails western journalists, etc. Ukraine 2x had coups for western side, last time could have had early elections peacefully rather than coup. Leader of western side of last coup ended up with 10% popularity (lowest ever) and still no coup from eastern/pro russian side. America intervenes in places with russian bases, eg Ukraine ($5 billion to promote democracy according to US official), Syria (russian base), but not in places with American bases. Russians play same game in reverse. Americans praise the egypt referendum where you could get arrested for advertising for other side, Russians praise the eastern ukraine referendum.
multilis2 Obvious that both sides are playing cold war, "Putin" is popular in russia because they get different bias on news compared to american version we tend to get.
Red Alert was the first 'mature' game I ever played, I was ~ 8 or 9 when it came out if memory serves. I remember marveling at the cut scene quality, wondering "wow I wish the actual game play looked like that!" I probably spent 4-500 hours playing this thing over the years. STAVROS! Pull yourself together man!
Tanya is a feisty one. She's a trained assassin who can kill you one of fifteen ways with the use of her bare hands, has catlike agility which keeps her from being crushed by vehicles, and is likely trained to resist interrogation (despite the interrogator's attempt to inject her with truth serum) Unfortunately she is the weakest and slowest of all the hero units because she is poorly armed (however she does use a rifle in RA2 instead of her dual pistols)
This Tanya is an example of how to make a female character for me: vulnerable, with a personality more ample than just "girl", "humorless feminist" or "try hard bimbo", and human.
This is the best Red Alert game because the story is serious and more realistic. 2 and 3 went very overboard with the goofballness and satire. I was expecting 2 to be darker than the first since it dealt with the Soviets invading America but it turned out to be more comedic. The short campaigns in 2 and 3 also were a strike against them.
I totally forgot that ending with the Greek, what a legend. For some reason I was sure he betrays the Allies for his captured family or something must have mixed it up with another game
30:25 Look on private's face expression and notice acting. Feels like you watch real movie. Cinematics were the major reason why I played this game and invested days of energy in levels completion, just to enjoy next cinematic. This was almost 15 years ago people but what we have today? Porn Alert 3 and there will be more incoming as long as there will be profits made.
Actually I did notice that the acting got sillier as through Red alert 2 and 3, however the embarrasing thing is that RA 3 actually brag about using an all star cast, it wasn't the actors fault however, you can tell it was all the directing, it's obvious it didn't want to be taken seriously
solesurvivor5 That's right. The further it goes the more for kids it gets. Actually the first installment was harder than second but I don't know about third because I haven't played it. It also had more serious tone to it.
Trust me the third one is even less serious credible than the second, the second one was easier than the first, but because the gameplay was better, and overall the game was better designed
***** and the fact that the leader of the allies/good guys wore a Second World War German Wehrmacht uniform. The RA1 story was full of such little ironies, thanks to the alteration of the timeline.
If a critical Europe-wide military effort is under way, it's reasonable to think that they formed some sort of an emergency governing body to coordinate all aspects of it.
The allies are basically doing exactly what they did during WWI and are working under a central command in the same way the Allies of WWII formed a Supreme Commander to control all of the allies in Europe. However the confusing part is that the Germans are in charge of the Allies instead of the British like it basically was during WWI.
Well, if you read the manual (yes, there is written material that comes with the physical copy of the game) it gives statistical information on the warring factions - in that information it's stated that the Allied powers operate as a military junta: this makes sense because they are an international force that makes a lot of political compromises to even bring their troops to the battlefield.
Also Red Alert 1 for the record, experimented with actual Geo Politics based on the time line. History seems to agree that if Nazi Germany didn't rise to power, Stalin would of eventually tried to take over Europe, the only argument is from people who think he (stalin) would of tried to put Communist powers hence why he backed revolutions in Germany and Spain or he would of eventually tried to use military force (which would of been a disaster to try to fight the European colonial powers of the time.)
Apparently Stalin's body count was much higher than Hitler's was. People just don't talk about him as much since he ended up on our side. In fact, the entire game is based around the topic being discussed here. Stalin would probably be doing what he does in this game if Hitler didn't stab him in the back. In this timeline, Stalin was able to build up his forces until they were large enough, and skilled enough to threaten the European Union.
@@knightofarkronia8652 thing is Stalin killed a lot of his own people and silently. Where Hitler was invading others and made the whole purge against the Jews a very public thing. But yes Stalin killed WAY more people but he was also in rein for much longer.
Well, the Soviets was obvious on who they were making references to. I mean, who in the world would not recognize Kane, even as a undercover tactician who just pops up to whisper in Stalin's ear and then disappear? Come on now, he's got the evil genius goatee so its OBVIOUS that was Kane. :p The Allies campaign pretty subtle about their reference to GDI however. Hell they got the name wrong intentionally to see if people didn't get the full idea. Atleast that's how I see it. If only Red Alert 3 was canon, as well as the Empire of the Rising Sun ending as well. :p
DarkRaptor99 Well, not necessarily. It depends on who won the war. If the allies won, then RA2 and RA3 would occur. If the soviets won, then it would go forward with the tiberium storyline.
Why does Tanya's voice sound so different? When I played this game in my PS1, she sounded more like a tough adult woman, this one sounds like she just hit puberty.
@@MrPingn Meh - I always thought she was overrated: yeah, she chews through infantry pretty well but most of the combat is between vehicles (and she easily gets crushed by tanks or shot up by rangers and APCs). And the later versions of Tanya make her an OP Mary Sue unit that can blow up vehicles simply by standing next to them...
13:43 one thing i still don't get is, while the projector is displaying the iron curtain, but why the file's picture is the chronosphere? I'm sure they are talking about the iron curtain that moment. Also the picture in 28:09 is that really the chronosphere?
This game, and especially the Soviet side of the story, had a compelling argument (with which I quite agree): If Hitler hadn't start WW2, it would have been Stalin to do so. Moreover, if it was Stalin who started it, the Red Soviets would have invaded, ravaged and pillaged 50% of Western Europe (at best), if not they would have reached up to Spain and perhaps Portugal (at worst)...
If anyone, it would be Trotsky who would want to invade all of Western Europe with the hopes of setting up Continental Communism, but he was kicked out of the CPSU and later assassinated specifically for trying to push that agenda. Stalin and the Soviet Union had NO interest in invading Western Europe, as they were more interested in cultivating and building their system in their OWN country. This game is just more Red Scare nonsense. If anyone were going to start this war, it would be the Western Powers, as they contained the most elements fanatical to eliminating the spread of Communism (see Operation Unthinkable), and, in fact, DID invade the Soviet Union when they were vulnerable during and after the revolution.
Strategy games in most cases SHOULD have serious tones. Red Alert 1 is the best- not surprising since it's meant to be the prequel to the Tiberian Dawn; Red Alert 2 is a good compromise, I'll give it that; Red Alert 3 is way too cartoonish for my taste and IMHO inferior to the Tiberian and the Generals franchises.
Indeed they should, the best ones usually are. I agree with you on Red Alert 2 as it was the best of both worlds, although i never liked the ending to Yuri's Revenge.
Games Messiah LOL I was at the limit of my suspension of disbelief at the Battle of Hollywood and stopped bothering at the end of the canon campaign. But the rest of it did allow me to play "seriously".
Well i have to admit that putting eastern culture with sci-fi in red alert was quite creative, and the graphic effects was amazing. The most precious part of a game is its engine. The story was poor but some DLC are easy to fix that, like Mental Omega to Ra2
@@MJFisAnOverratedBagel I prefer the game mechanics of RA2, but without the level of writing of the first game the campaign seems less than complete - and I for one loved the Yuri's Revenge expansion (I just wish that there was a campaign for Yuri).
I feel like 2 & 3 are spin offs to the Kane timeline, if the allied won in the first Red Alert instead of the soviets, so I'm fine with the lighter tone they took The main timeline however is meant to and should be dark
The guy who shooed away the soldiers and put the debris over Stalins face at the end; was that the same guy who kept spacing out during your briefings throughout the game? If not then who was he, and whoever he was, why did he want Stalin dead instead of captured? Help?
As do I, Recover! So that was indeed him! I didnt know, however, that he was Greek, which provides much more of an explanation! So that would explain his reason for burying him alive.....Hell, were I in his shoes, I would likely prefer the same, that my biggest enemy be buried and forgotten, than publicly executed and remembered! In any case, thank you for clearing it up for me!
That's Nikos Stavros, a Greek colonel and the second in command of the Allied forces alongside General Gunther von Esling. What he does at the end is taking personal revenge against Stalin for having carpet bombed nearly half of Greece.

Tanya: That's why I don't get killed.
Damn. He just got roasted.
The first Tanya is athletic and very attractive.
+ShadowMoon well, she's Jenny McCarthy, so...
yep,Kari Wuhrer is always awesome....
Red Alert 3 was a disaster. This is what happens when EA is in charge.
You have to be fucking kidding me. Jenny McCarthy played Tanya? I'm guessing ra3? Jesus tap dancing Christ. -_____-
@@julesmcgrules3860 Yes it was a shit show joke
13:11 This is professor albert einstein
Uhh yeah, I know. I saved his hide in the first mission, remember?
Technically, you acted as mission control and didn't meet him personally.
The thing I like most is how serious the setting is. I wish someone would remake this command and conquer. Maybe have a scene showing Einstein maybe talking about how much good he thought he was doing or something. Because all three wars was his fault lol.
Lucky for us it is getting remade
@@ugiustuskeiserus8066 Oh? I hadnt heard about this. It a recent announcement?
@@AmariFukui
People have known about it for a month now. But it wasn't publicly announced until a week or 2 ago
"...so our ships can move up ze river..." (diabolical smile)
Awesome! Pure awesomeness!!!!
In RA 2 it is said that timelines take time to converge, so the effect has not happened yet. The irony is that Einstein won't remember what he did.
I love having all these cut scenes in one place, I miss these old video games, but probably couldn't sit through them now of the outdated graphics, so at least I can relive the story...
You stop noticing that the graphics are outdated after an hour or so into the game.
Am I the only one who just cant get enough of the "hell march" C&C opening music?
RA1 takes place in the early 1950's and they have military vehicles from the 90s
19:55 - Frank Klepacki who did the music for Red alert plays the Soviet Guard.
27:20 - The second guy on the right behind the guy in the light tan uniform is Frank Klepacki again
Was the best era of the game im so freaking happy i still have all my cds!!!
That opening cutscene of Red Alert is still my favorite opening cutscene of any game ever.
It's absolutely brilliant. Especially the song.
How cool if Germany was with the Allies... imagine their engineering... oh the possibilties...
I was just playing a Skirmish on this game last night in November 2023😀.
Did anyone else notice that Kane is standing next to Stalin on the right (his left) in the video broadcast at 20:41? The quality was so low that I didn't recognise him at first, but it has to be.
Good eyes! It might be, I never noticed that before. But he wears a hat, which is not like Kane, lol.
I remember seeing this as a kid... I thought nothing of it, just a cameo/easter egg... now... after playing up to C&C4... its rather unsettling! (no spoilers though)
try watching the sovjet cutscenes ending :)
Yeah, the soviet cutscene will make you giddy
+Benjin P I now this is an old comment but the timeline of C&C splits at the end of Red Alert. If the Soviets win the war, the events set in motion will result in the Tiberium wars. If the allies win the war, the timeline results in Red Alert 2.
I love Red Alert 1 so much more than 2 and 3.
Luxai And a huge amount of Russophobia :)
Luxai Yeah, not the over-the-top stuff from from the successors. I like the more serious touch.
Man.. the way the interrogator drags that needle across Tanya's face. 11:30. That always creeped me out.
I'm sure that's how they intended gamers to feel. How do you think Tanya would feel if that happened in real life?
Tanya is a feisty one.
She's a trained assassin who can kill you one of fifteen ways with the use of her bare hands, has catlike agility which keeps her from being crushed by vehicles, and is likely trained to resist interrogation (despite the interrogator's attempt to inject her with truth serum)
Unfortunately she is the weakest and slowest of all the hero units because she is poorly armed (however she does use a rifle in RA2 instead of her dual pistols)
This Tanya is an example of how to make a female character for me: vulnerable, with a personality more ample than just "girl", "humorless feminist" or "try hard bimbo", and human.
Bullshit
I love the story in this game
I love the thick accent of Von Esling
This is the best Red Alert game because the story is serious and more realistic. 2 and 3 went very overboard with the goofballness and satire. I was expecting 2 to be darker than the first since it dealt with the Soviets invading America but it turned out to be more comedic. The short campaigns in 2 and 3 also were a strike against them.
+Ace B I think Westwood wanted to split things up with RA being more off the wall Funny and the Tiberium series being the serious game.
Ace B I have seen evidence of an Allied speed run that’s 44 minutes
8:50 is this the foreshadowing of the global defense initiative?
Yes.
The original Red Alert was supposed to be a prequel to the Tiberium universe. Hence the GDI as well as Kane references.
you see that greek temple there? your flag overs on it...
Yes red alert 1 and 2 then the Tiberium games after that
yes damn...yes thanks for finding this easteregg
The German general wears an officer's jacket of the Bundeswehr with Sergeants rank insignia. ;-)
Hey, it was a cut scene made on a tight budget by a small game developer - give them a break.
As Einstein changed the timeline anything can change
Actually that's an NVA uniform.
My favorite part of the intro is the Abrams/Medium Tank's e-brake powerslide.
It had schocked me quite a bit back on 24 February last year. I’ve never thought we could live through this
I totally forgot that ending with the Greek, what a legend. For some reason I was sure he betrays the Allies for his captured family or something must have mixed it up with another game
There's an expansion of this in one of the expansions, but I don't think he betrays anyone.
HAH
Man this was a fantastic game.
still is ... while someone has a working copy ...
I love the ending
i mean come on, you can throw any of the Hell March tracks behind a cutscene, and no matter ho old or outdated, will make the cutscene amazing

Holy shit that intro gave me chills. Haven't seen it in like 15 years.
Gosh, I miss so much the original sound of the chronosphere. It always gave me a creeps, wish they left it in next instalments.

I Like how the German General wears a sergeants Uniform 🤣
20:47 I wish we could have a transcript of Stalin's speech. I want to know what he said after "Comrades. ???? of the Soviet scientific community."
I love how the Red Alert was just setting up the tiberium Saiga

Ah, Tanya! The foundation of the fine tradition of Red Alert babes.
The allied campaign was actually inspired by Winston Churchill plan "Operation Unthinkable".

+Tak Min Yang You mean idiotic plots, more boobs than actual actors and simplified gameplay?
That's your interpretation of my 'modern touch'

+Merely Correct Right, and von Esling even talks about "the preservation of our race"...
That is not a Wehrmacht uniform, you can see it straight from the collar, they had a tight collar. Here it's the West German / Bundeswehr uniform.

Gotta love Westwood.
Interesting that Allied cinematics seem to imply that the European nations seem to be under some form of military government, as opposed to democracy.
Actually in one of the cutscenes the news talk about the formation of a "global defense initiative" the birth of GDI.
they are at war. One line is that the rulers are in hiding
Such irony... you fight against Nazi Germany alongside the USSR, only to wind up fighting alongside Germany (non-Nazi) to fight the USSR....
Well, Stalin was just as bad, if not worse than Hitler. There would likely been a war against the USSR otherwise.
No - Hitler was eliminated in this alternate timeline, so the Nazi party never came to power.
@@knightofarkronia8652 thing is Stalin killed a lot of his own people and silently. Where Hitler was invading others and made the whole purge against the Jews a very public thing. But yes Stalin killed WAY more people but he was also in rein for much longer.
I didn't know growing up ment realizing the first few seconds of a 90s Red Alert FMV was actually profiling Richard Feynman. 😐
Oh man, thats my childhood here.
8:40, reference to the GDI?
Yes, it must be! :)
It is, Kane is at the end of the Soviet campaign and they mention NOD several times along with Kane.
The Allies campaign pretty subtle about their reference to GDI however. Hell they got the name wrong intentionally to see if people didn't get the full idea. Atleast that's how I see it.
If only Red Alert 3 was canon, as well as the Empire of the Rising Sun ending as well. :p
+Protoman2024 It kinda sucks they split RA and Tiberium storylines With RA2.
DarkRaptor99 Well, not necessarily. It depends on who won the war.
If the allies won, then RA2 and RA3 would occur.
If the soviets won, then it would go forward with the tiberium storyline.
this was so rad when I was 12..now ..dude the cheese
Why does Tanya's voice sound so different? When I played this game in my PS1, she sounded more like a tough adult woman, this one sounds like she just hit puberty.
First Tanya was best Tanya.
Damn, more than 20 years ago. For some reason Tanya cutscenes is what I remembered the most.
The game still gives me nightmares.
Who's idea was it to give the dogs red eyes? They look too demonic.
MST3k should've riffed on these. "Starring the sound programmer's grandpa, a man who came dead last in an Einstein lookalike contest, as Einstein!"

That's hardly a compliment, after all anything is better than C&C 4.
I liked its story. Everything else can go to hell.
13:43 one thing i still don't get is, while the projector is displaying the iron curtain, but why the file's picture is the chronosphere? I'm sure they are talking about the iron curtain that moment.
Also the picture in 28:09 is that really the chronosphere?
31:10
I love how Stalin's making Michael Dopud grunts, and then suddenly his own.
Cheapishly Hilarious!
That's an American navy admiral with a German army general
Stavros is Greek, not American.
It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure in this storyline, the United States remains neutral because of the absence of the Axis.
the USA is not neutral; in RA 2 they are in fact the main target of the Soviets.
I don't think that's true. The soldiers at the end have American accents and use M-16s.
Andrew Wang well maybe that's because this game was made by American company?
16:00 Just recently I heard of Project Philadelphia, a conspiracy theory that they made a ship disappear and then re-appear.
CnC Red Alert was a masterpiece. 2 and 3 not so much.
Actually after thinking about it Generals is my favorite. Then Red Alert 1 then 2. 3 kinda sux though.
Red Alert 1 and 2 are cool. For the third installment, it's alright but it kills Einstein.
This brings back so many memories!
Red Alert 1 is my favorite Game from West Wood!
Back, when Tanya was a badass! Not like RA2....
I feel like 2 & 3 are spin offs to the Kane timeline, if the allied won in the first Red Alert instead of the soviets, so I'm fine with the lighter tone they took
The main timeline however is meant to and should be dark
*GeEz LoUiZe ItS sTaLiN?!?!*
The guy who shooed away the soldiers and put the debris over Stalins face at the end; was that the same guy who kept spacing out during your briefings throughout the game? If not then who was he, and whoever he was, why did he want Stalin dead instead of captured? Help?
29:08 Yes, that's the greek guy. He was mad because Stalin conquered Greece. I like his "Hah!" :) 31:57
Luke McEiver I'm pretty sure Stavros' family was murdered by the People's Revolutionary Party as well....
More than enough reason to bury the little fuck in rubble, yes?
