Is this procurement activity has it come from a literature published ?? as personality this job analyse is a stage planned based on requisition received and approval received from stakeholder to go forward with recruitment phase. Procurement is not clearly derived in this instance. Procurement on a global platform is all about price and quality of supply (in this instance its the resource need) addition to it Procurement is more about meeting needs and requirement plus a contractual agreement for instance for recruitment it is more about employers liability , financially saving while increasing productivity and surely within equal opportunity offered. Procurement in HR is more to understand specification from budget holder to breakdown on how much is the staffing cost and agent cost or subcontracting cost etc. it is not as simple as MBA studies. this is coming from someone who has brought from Knowledge exchange enterprise networking within the UK .
