hey a really good way to tune your guitar to drop c all you have to do is put it in drop d then tune it regularly like you would for standard tuning then after its tuned it will be 6:D 5:G 4:C 3:F 2:A 1:D then tune it like you would drop D and then the D will be a C and you will have drop C tuning
If it helps during the beginning of the chorus the timing changes in time with the vocals. So if you sing the song in your head while playing the chorus it will drastically improve your timing.

The way the tabs I've read and the way it sounds on the song, during the chorus the power-chord on the 3rd fret of the fifth and 5th frets of the fourth and third strings you hit that three times and on the third you slide up two fret.
Just a note: at 8:46, you play F - F - F - Ab - G - F - Db - F - F - C - F - F - Bb. Between C and Bb, there should only be one F. The tabs on the screen also only show 1 F (10 on the 5th string).

ok well the amp i was planning to get was fender mustang II , i'm not sure about the string gauge because so far i've only played acoustic so i'm not sure how well do the gauges carry over to electric but at the moment i use 12 gauge strings
you should look up how barry plays this song live, he turns his hand upside down so he can reach all of the frets during the bridge, you should look into maybe learning that

.12 gauge is a good all-around gauge for electric, but that's just my opinion for the style of music I play
