Foreign volunteer fighters in Ukraine are complaining that they never see Russian soldiers just Russian shelling from their artillery killing from far distance. S Korea is equipped with 3000 SP artillery (K9, K55 and K105HT), 5000 105/155mm towed artillery, 6000 60/81/107/120mm mortars and 570 MRL(360 K239, 58 M270 and 156 K136) seating on 12 million rounds (during WW2, total of 11 million rounds were used) enough to deal with Chinese army.
I would like to ask. K9 Howitzer Rok bought a patent, bought a Novak from Germany or the US to produce by myself, right ? And K136 mlrs was a patent from the former Soviet Union to be produced, right ?

K-9 should be better choice since Vietnam doesn't operate any M109 series
m109 is so old, korean k55(minor SPG) is lisened version of m109
