He also cleaned the air filter but installed it wet, without letting the oil in it dry. So i think it was sucking very less air. So ihave to change the filter then run fine.

Yes trouque wrench is must to avoid over tightening. But as I have experience with motorcycles since last couple of years I know the limits where I have to tight it ..... A beginner must have to use trouque wrench.
I didn't re-bored the bike after I got this & brand will be printed underneath the Piston and i haven't opened the bore completely to look into that so I'm not sure about it.

First u need 5 speed gear box or King gear box & also u need to change the cylinder & head also the 5 speed coil,cdi ( if u only change gear box nothing will happened )
That I know bro but 😂 ..... Most people just need 5 gears .... By replacing 5 speed assembly with 4 speed bike it can achieve more top speed like original 5 speed. (My suggestion just change the gearbox and get to go....😁) Changing all those parts is a big headache ....and costs alot of money .....that doesn't make sense...costs above 15k ...in that price you will get another bike.
