Its been 6 years since I started casually working out ( cuz I was in a cricket coaching center ) I have decent chest , and six abs xD I will start calisthenics now
Update: I have been going to the gym and before that as I mentioned that I was doing calisthenics I already had a decent frame but I was still a lil bit skinny then I joined gym and then started doing g weight training . Now i gained weight and I was 5'6 before starting all this now I'm 5'10
for active hang and dead hang all of you better use a rod because I did this at my home and started growing my hand nails in curved shaped(ingrowing nails) and its very painful to make it straight again I'm getting treatment for it now.so don't hold anything for longer period which will put pressure on your nails. You might end up getting nail treatment like me. Use a Rod.

With intermittent fasting, and implementing simple aerobic workouts at home I've reduced around 18kgs, so i am not exactly a beginner when it comes to workout stamina. Now I am looking forward to shape up my muscles,but I am a professional teacher. Due to my job I cannot take out time to go gym. How much calisthenics will be suitable for me? And what workouts do you suggest. Do opine.

I would say.. Running and squating correctly.. And stretching exercises can play a major role in knock knee correction Such as: Straddle stretch Single leg straddle stretch Peigon pose Forward fold And many more
It depends on your lifestyle.. It you have enough time during the week you can split 4 parts throughout the week.. But if you're busy and don't have enough so try to do all 4 parts in a day.. And repeat 3-4times/week..

U have to do atleast 3 set to maximum 5 and can do Reps according to ur own strength and the excercise

Go for cardio and reduce your bodyweight then switch to calisthenics or resistance training
