    Thank you for the video, I will try the post-it method on the snack drawer 😅. I am training for a triathlon, and I would benefit from a lighter weight. ❤️

      Hi @tinybarabo. How exciting! When is the triathlon and how is your training going so far? The post-its are still on my fridge, snack drawer and desk (I will upload another video this upcoming Saturday). It's helping me a lot. I've been having less snacks and much more fruit. How much lighter would you like to be?
