loved the coat Helen, in fact I loved nearly everything apart from the black dress, I can tell you, I am watching this at 11pm and I have a cold virus. My husband just made me a wee whisky toddy to help my cough and I spat it all over my iPad with laughter at your description of the dress 😂 Age appropriate is a thing of the past, you wear what you like and feel good in. Ugh! I am sooooooooo envious of you lucky ladies in England! The quality of the clothes from Asda and the prices--we have NOTHING that comes close to that in the states! Also, living in the Los Angeles area, I am in complete agreement with your other subscriber regarding the way 65 year old women dress around here, lol…..they are not lying in bed at night worrying about what is “age appropriate”, that’s for sure! Thanks again for your Asda haul the coat was ideal for our weather. “Age Appropriate “ who cares ,if you like what you wear and feel comfortable in your clothes the at the end of the day who really cares what we look like, some folks are so taken up with themselves. Being confident in who we are and how we treat others is much more important. Sadly the world is full of ego driven people x

Hi Helen. My mother put me onto you this video and I just wanted to say that as a result of watching you, I have now bought the khaki green waterproof jacket that you modelled in cream. It is lovely and I am really pleased with it. Haven't tested it yet but I think this will be super for the autumn. Love how the back of it completely covers my bum! Thank you for your review. 🙂

Fantastic Haul Helen! 👍 George Asda have really raised their game and the Studio Edit range is brilliant. I have the raincoat in dark green and can vouch for the fact it is indeed amazing and as you say, so well made. I have worn it in torrential rain and it kept me bone dry. I sized up so I can wear it over layers in winter, but it's also quite light for warmer rainy days. Such great value. Apart from that, some fab items here. Thanks Helen. Greek Island! 😊 XX

Years ago we were holidaying on the Greek mainland. We took a day cruise round some of the smaller Greek islands. My father was desperate for a good cup of tea. We went into a taverna and ordered him one. When it came it looked amazing. Beautifully served on a tray with teapot, sugar basin , milk jug and a pretty cup and saucer. He couldn’t have been happier! BUT, it was made with cold water!! 😂

Hi Helen, the Billie jeans look like they are super comfy on you. You could always order them for C&C to keep postage down and just return the full price ones. I don't understand the split hem aspect, and being only 5' 2" I have to avoid them. However, I think they would look great as ankle grazers or just straight edged bottoms, in my opinion.
I have quite a few items from the Billie range and they are really nice quality - I always buy them in the sale because it's quite a pricey range. Saving items to a wish list it's fun to keep a check on prices and nab bargains, which they usually seem to reduce prices after midnight. I recently bought an item which came in three colours, full price £20, then half priced, so I keep an eye on stock levels, then buy before stocks get too low, then one night they went down to £6!

Greek Island xx Ive spent the day trawling all the Asdas in my area as the rust dress is sold out in size 18 online and I would have loved to have been able to wear it to my daughters wedding celebration next weekend. She eloped and got married on the banks of Loch Lomond in march xx 😊
