@bouncyballblue Thats the villain from an animated film Osmosis Jones. I think his names Thrax. Not the most popular animated film, still pretty good. and thank yoouuuuu :D

But then I realized that he separated Dumbo and his mom from each other, and even though he didn't cause conflict, he added to it and made it worse (even though he was trying to do his job). I guess he could be considered as an antogonist.
