That's Ratigan from The Great Mouse Detective. It's basically Mouse Sherlock Holmes but it's a good movie. If you haven't seen it yet, I can definetely recommend checking it out, especially because of the hero and the villain (best parts of the movie).
I think you did REALLY REALLY REALLY great on this song! ^.^ no many people try and make it look like their singing and i bet its even harder trying to find clips that would work with it at all. And then the fact that you had clips from the great mouse detictive was bonus for me ^.^ i havn't seen many ppl with that in theirs ^.^ Great job

AWESOME! the lip-syncing is great, and the creepy yet suave sound fits all these villians to a tee!
