I'll be damned if I let her do it again.
The needy WAW-class magical girl of Lobotomy Corporation makes a triumphant return, just as punishing as the original. Her main gimmicks are her enrage phase and Arcana Slave. Basically, she'll stay in magical girl mode as long as she doesn't enrage, at which point she turns into a big snake and murders your party. Her enrage builds up whenever she loses a clash, or any turn where she fails to hit her marked target. This means that you have to take calculated risks and be willing to hand her some free damage, even if it's boosted. Her enrage gauge is indicated by the pink in the background, you can see it sweep from left to right as the fight goes on.
Arcana Slave is a big attack that deals 13 ranged damage to all party members. While this seems like BS, it's actually pretty straightforward to deal with. The attack uses a unique clash calculation formula that adds up all of the dice on the librarian's card to decide whether the attack connects or not, so a card like Tailoring would have a dice range of 12-20 when deciding whether or not it blocks Arcana Slave. You can't counterattack Arcana Slave even if you win the clash though, so don't bank on any On Hit effects on those cards.
The other important thing to note is that she primarily uses ranged attacks, which are generally pretty rare in this game. They're different in that they get attack priority and aren't countered 1:1, but they treat opponent attack dice as if they were evade dice. This means that her ranged attacks can be pretty easily countered by pages with single high value dice.
She's a pretty challenging fight and her stagger resist is sky high, so it might take a couple tries to clear. I'd recommend clearing some of the Urban Nightmare stages to upgrade your cards before taking her on.
