I had this idea for a cosplay playthrough, at one point. I've partially done it before, too - but never bothered to full send it to Gwyn and the DLC. Figured I'd share it, since it uses a very interesting glitch for a very interesting challenge aspect (and maybe some folk wanna try a challenge run with that glitch). I pride cosplays on accuracy, after all, and Oscar gave away his Estus Flask - he wouldn't just not use one, but he'd be entirely missing the Estus Flask. There's this somewhat obscure RUclips channel, HotPocketRemix, with a video about the Estus Flask skip. It's a pretty easy glitch. Enough so that it's reasonably possible, if rare, that a new player could do it accidentally and never get an Estus Flask. It also... makes for a VERY interesting interaction when you return to the Undead Asylum. I've posted a short clip about that before. Suffice to say, you can still pick up the Estus Flask (and the F2 East key) when you return. You can also obtain Oscar's Crest Shield separately from the Estus Flask, if you still want to avoid it. Neat.
Damn that is a crazy glitch, I am definitely not skilled enough to take on a challenge like that then again who knows, either way appreciate the comment love learning about ds stuff

I would understand dropped items like what lies on the floor without killing.. what you did was kinda standard play tbh.. but trying what I said would be more funny.. unable to wear havel's ring, any tails from bosses etc..
its the "rainbow cliffs" ost from the "ty the tasmanian tiger" game, theres a playlist in description with all songs used in video, apprecaite the watch stay safe :D
