This is some sort like the Thai dipping sauce that everyone loves it so much. When they changed boss, the workers blend it. Since then the business dropped. There is a great different if it is pounded or blended. They used normal red chilli and some small chilli as that is really too Hot and Spicy. The different is they chopped the parsley then pounded together to let the juice of the parsley goes into the sauce. They boil the syrup then add that at the end and season it. Yummy ! Janny, I have a couple of chicken marinades in my channel. I shot one for briskets, too, but haven't uploaded it yet.
