Hi Nana, where do you find your crawfishes? I can't seem to find any except for frozen, seasoned ones here in Fresno.

This is some sort like the Thai dipping sauce that everyone loves it so much. When they changed boss, the workers blend it. Since then the business dropped. There is a great different if it is pounded or blended. They used normal red chilli and some small chilli as that is really too Hot and Spicy. The different is they chopped the parsley then pounded together to let the juice of the parsley goes into the sauce.
They boil the syrup then add that at the end and season it. Yummy ! You all must try ! Thanks for sharing Nana.

ສະບາຍດີ! I really like your videos. I was a professional cook and baker but not lao food. I learn alot from your videos. If you made a cookbook, I would definitely buy it. Are you in California?

laoboyardee1, my brother-in-law has been trying to convince me to publish a cookbook for a few years. I'm still thinking about it. I'm glad my videos are helping bring exposure for Lao food. and yes I live in California-- Merced.
