Hi Lou May I please know if the 20 box has more variety or is it the same items as the 10 box but in more quantity. Also due to allergies to certain food would it be possible to list the allergens of the products. The collagen powder is would love to try but the packaging has no English on it so not sure what its for. Thank you

Hi Lou, I usually never comment, but since I have same disease since almost 19 years now, I've got some experience. I'm from Italy and unless we have celiac disease, here we all eat gluten without any issue, even with Hashimoto. What you should reduce consumption of hormones stimulant food like soy and tofu. I get that it is difficult to avoid in Japan, but my doctor told me that it is ok to eat it once a week. I also assume levothyroxine according to my weight and hormones levels and also need to integrate iodine. As also other people suggested, see another doctor and ask for a treatment. You'll feel better.

Good for you trying to go gluten free! I thought it was going to be SO HARD, but it really isn't. I do what you did on your trip. When I'm out and about having fun, I try my best to limit gluten, but I don't shame myself if I go ahead and eat a little bit. During the week, when cooking for myself it is pretty easy to be gluten free. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER, I hope you experience positive physical results too from limiting gluten! In the very beginning, it took about 1-2 weeks to notice a difference. In the first month I realized I felt better, and I started dropping weight pretty quickly too! It has been a very positive experience and I am so very grateful. I hope your experience is positive too! Good luck!

Dear Lou…I enjoy watching your videos and await every week for a new one. As someone who moved to a different country, I learned that keeping a vocabulary journal helped me LEARNING THE NEW LANGUAGE. What makes you proficient in another language is vocabulary. Write down a new word and its meaning. Then, listen to the pronunciation and start using it. Soon enough, it’ll become part of your everyday vocabulary. You can do it as I did it too! Sending good health and prayers your way 😊

One tip for putting shipping labels on the boxes , it's safer to not be in the middle but on the side so the label won't tear in transit. How did your interview go?!

Dear Lou, I Love your vlogs! Please know you are beautiful, with a beautiful soul. Thank you for sharing a part your life with us. I send loving strength to you in your struggles and loving cheers for you in your successes! You are so loved. Your vlogs are so calming. You have so many lovely travel adventures, daily doings, shopping trips and day trips. It is also fun when you stay in and clean and cook and plan. Makes me realize I need to do that! There is just something so real and relaxing and motivating in all that you share. You have an amazing quiet strength that comes thru. It is a lot for you being far from family, you being pro active on your health, or moving, changing jobs and planning and putting into action new things and learning day by day at your own pace. That is truly real life and you are making your way beautifully. I also love your grocery shopping adventures. You have come up with so many delicious meals through the years. I plan to re-watch earlier episodes and jot more of how you make those delicious foods and snacks down. I know many are simple but that is what makes them so amazing! Simply delicious food! I say simple because you cook with such ease and show us each item you put in each dish and it is so fun to watch and makes me hungry! 😂 I love to see the finished meals/snacks and I have to tell you I have tried some of those wonderful meals/snacks you make. Many times while watching the vlogs I say to myself "that is genius! I have to make that"! I can honestly say I have been eating healthier because of you 💖 Thank you! Thank you! Lou, may you continue to embrace and love life and have joy in sharing that with us, May all your dreams come true. Love to you from California!!❤

Love your videos. Wishing you success with your interview! I don't know what sort of interview prep is available to you, but if you know someone who speaks Japanese it may be helpful to role play with them. Interviews usually consist of similar questions, so if you could become comfortable formulating those responses in Japanese, it might help. All the best! 😊

Good luck on your job interview. I got Chinese food last night. A treat. I've been craving it. And my stepmom treated and surprised me with sweet tea. And she remembered to get me the sweet kind.

Your potato dish looked kind of like potato skins we make here in Canada. I love watching your nature walks. I doubt I will ever come to Japan but it’s lovely to enjoy the Sakura season through your lens. Thank you for being so kind. I pray all goes well for your work.
