yess !! she’s so talented isn’t she?? and she always looks so amazing no matter what she wears. while she wore a white swan during the performance, she was a black swan during the interview and it’s just so cool.
this song specifically is about a lesbian dealing with comphet, and feeling like they need to marry a man and settle down with one. you can interpret it as chappell talking to herself or maybe even a past lover that tried to pretend what they had wasn’t real. so this hits especially hard for me and istg i basically cry everytime i hear it.

Chappell Roan is just a creative volcano as Pau is. We need them, not the endless parade of crap music that is flooding our ears. I fully understand Ashlena and I also want a magic machine separating one from the other.
Luckily there is Ashlena and she is collecting the same albums as I do (e.g. "All my demons...").

@@ashlenamusic in what way? Even if you had to edit it, couldn’t you have left the most epic moment in there and left out the other parts? I’m not a reaction creator so maybe they make you leave out the most replayed sections? Idk. Viewers of these type of vids are looking for a dopamine hit so it was akin to an addict having their drug dealer sell them a baggie of flour or something instead of the real thing.
