But why to wait, I did and got eVisa in 15 minutes and then linked passport to evisa and in travel at airport we need to share share code by option of immigration and job done. I saw the guide on RUclips channel Suburb Spirits
Govt has made changes to expiry date of BRP due to the reasons and one reason is that passport not linked with evisa, that's why I asked the above question. Which docs we need to take at the time travel abroad from UK to prove visa dates if your passport not linked and brp is expired

Hi! As long as you are re-entering before the visa expiry you are fine. Considering, there is almost a month long gap between visa expiry and your entry, it is completely ok. At immigration, you can say that your contract with the company is still valid and you need to continue working in the UK.

I was getting this error use a different email ID and then there is and option where you can add another email Id add the actual email ID that you want the emails to come to further it gives you the option to select from the two. You should be sorted then
