I literally am doing the same thing with a bunch of old parts of mine. It’s sad to see people treat their stuff so badly. Luckily there’s people willing to restore bikes like these. Love from Texas!

Has anyone thought about the fact this could have been a stolen bmx quickly sprained white to disguise and then sold on quick? I live in a rough area and ik they spray bikes like this

Excellent build. I wish I could find paint stripper that works that well. I have a good on I use but it is usually a 2 step process to get all the paint off. Awesome job keep up the amazing channel.
thanksssss my paint stripper is pretty ordinary and I have to do 2 or 3 times with it too:)) we are all in the same boat :P
My paint stripper doesn't work :( resorted to good old sand paper and elbow grease haha

Funny how it’s just dust coates did you check the vin to make sure it’s not stolen or do you have the paper work paint stripper and one can of white paint to make a video with you wired air pods that are sum how still blue tooth

How did you know it was a fot if it wasn’t already fits 2 distinct markins are the sprockets and forks not frames unless you know the vin coming from Sumone who rode bikes seance demo s&n fit and profile where the only after market parts

I use poly stripper but any hardware store paint stripper will remove spray paint:)

Funny how you know the make and model when it was a spray painted white frame to the point you could make it fully resto with no frame marks
why is that funny? Is it obvious he would know what the bike is once it is all stripped off? The vid was made afterwards not before.

Happens to know every part no sit time for the paint stripper so it’s clear he painted it with one coat when to schoool for collision and body woek and Resto mod anyone that knows anything would say this bike was stolen and should be check vin and sent to the right owner or it said your a pussy who trynna flow the old rusty. Ike tens with brand new sundays and hub guard and mad after market parks like fly bikes wheels and 4pc bars

yeah agreed they were trash I ended up getting new ones after finishing the vid:P
You shouldn’t really be using it on the rubber tiers or set or nothing or the plastic pedals because it can eat it a way
yep agreed if it was full strength but it had been diluted with water so it won't eat away:)
What paint did you use man?!
used a gloss black, was a primer and paint combination with a clear coat on top and used a metallic gold paint I used from one of my other restorations:)

Looks 100% fake 4:30 the bikes original color are still there and still looking good, you just colored it white so it look old
No one who has 4 pegs and two hub guards and know how to build wheels would buy a full spray painted bike and strip it all inless they wanted views

Yea that bike was a stollie for sure lol some lil gangster kids prolly seen another kid riding it around all the time and decided to steal it when they got the chance and probably now that they had it they didn’t know what else to do but spray paint the sh1t out of it until it’s no longer recognizable and even then they were prolly still scared to ride it lol😂 bet they sold it for the low too but dam glad that bike got it’s true colors back them bikes are expensive lol they don’t deserve to get ruined by some spray paint
