Even north was like south india before central asian influence If one sees the turn of events in middle ages it is seen that Kannada empires like Hoysala empire and its successor Vijaynagara empire prevented too much of central asian influence and preserved earlier traditions . Hoysala Veera Ballala III and prince Kumara Kampana and Krishna devaraya preserved temples and towns in South India including Tamil areas These greats are not mentioned in history text books originating from north india even the south indians have forgotten them

I have spent 7 years in Chennai. This healthy unlimited "veg meal" option is available each and everywhere in Chennai. Hot rice on banana leaf gives it an unique aroma. The first time I tasted these foods, I was hating it like anything. Later, I just fell in love with these foods and understood these are the real healthy less oily/spicy yet very very tasty food you can ever get in your life. It will never harm your body. You just have to mix and eat it like the locals do."when you are in Rome do as the Romans do".

When I was in Chennai and Kerala, I have eaten Meals like this. It's available almost in every Hotel. Veg and Nonveg both are very tasty and they serve you any dish unlimited until you are full ! It was 3 years back and I still miss that Taste 😋

I visited Chennai for the first and last time in 1997 and was very much amazed to see its delicious vegetarian with multiple curries in small metallic pots and all were kept on a round banana leaf on large plate. The price per meal was around 20 rupees. The food was so delicious, that one hardly can obtain such a taste from a non vegetarian food.
One should be like this. In less money feeding poor people. That's what God has taught us. Allah bless him forever.
60/- is not small amount.. The food they serve doesn't even worth 40/-.

For the 2 nd person, its good to wash banana leaf before eating. Even though it's clean still its always better to wash by yourself. That's what server hinting before putting curries in your leaf also the first person washed it wrong. You should just spill water by pouring water from glass to your hand. I am not criticising just a tip if your new to banana leaf.

Aah this video reminded me of my Chennai days I used love these restaurants. Some of them where called Andra messes. Awesome tasty food. Difficult to find in rest of India. Few of these restaurants even served chicken fry and eggs very tasty.

(7) चीनी की मिठास को आधुनिक भाषा में सुक्रोज कहते हैं जिसे इंसान वह जानवर दोनों ही पचाने में असक्षम है।
(8) चीनी बनाने में 23 हानिकारक रसायनों का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
(9) चीनी डायबिटीज का एक मुख्य कारण है।

(10) चीनी शरीर में ट्राई ग्लिसराइड बढ़ाती है।
(11) चीनी पैरालिसिस अटैक या लकवा होने का एक प्रमुख कारण है।
काफी लोगो मे अलग अलग आदते रहती है जो आसानी से नही छूटती इसलिए कोई भी डॉक्टर किसी को मेडिटेशन करने को नही बोलेंगे क्युकी ध्यान करने से अनेको बीमारी और बुरी आदतो से छुटकारा मिलता है जिस से फार्मा कंपनी को गोरख धंधा बंद हो सकता है, क्युकी जीतने भी महा पुरुष बने है वो सब ध्यान करके आध्यात्मिक शक्ति से ही बने है ये बात अंग्रेजो को बरोबर से समझ मे आ गई थी इसलिए शक्कर की मिल बनाते गए और लोगो को बीमारी मे डालते गए और साथ ही शराब सिगरेट का भी जमकर प्रचार किया गया जिससे और अधिक बीमारिया बढ़ने लगी और लोग बीमारी नही पड़ेंगे तो दवाओं का धंधा कैसे चलेगा....
