Everyone who I've watched ranking their ABH palettes has put the Jackie Aina in their top 3. I think ABH really messed up not giving this palette the run it should of had. It would have sold out and not been discounted.

Alexandria Fitzwater same! I don’t have them amrezy but I find that the formula is sultry is by far my favorite formula ABH has released and when I got my Jackie Aina palette I loved that it was really similar to the formula in sultry!! (Subculture would tie up my top 3 from abh tho!)

My exact thoughts about the Soft Glam palette - fairy and glistening are too alike, though I must admit, they have a noticable tone difference. I think there is something about their finish that leaves this impression

I love Subculture. My favorite shade is Electric. I purchased the reformulated version. It isn’t difficult to work with like the original version.

I LOVE the Rivera palette. It really surprises me when people say they arent a fan. The shimmers are BEAUTIFUL and the mattes work amazing. But that WHITE OMFG IS BOMB!!!

Riviera palette is my palette to go for summer time. I especially love this pink, violet and gold mix on the eye. I even got the dress in this colour, works perfect with Riviera.

Modern Renaissance was my first high end palette. Back then I felt like there couldn’t be a better and more beautiful palette in the entire world. Today I still like it, I hit pan on several shades, but don’t use it that often anymore. My all time favorite palette is Soft Glam. When I had to choose one palette for the rest of my life, it will be Soft Glam. So versatile and I love the tones. I hit pan on burnt orange and sienna and sultry and rose pink almost. Just a perfect palette for me! 💋

Couldn't agree more with your opinion on the Riveria palette! It did not get the love it deserved. The colors are so stunning and the palette allows room for more toned down looks, as well as very fun pops of color. I find myself grabbing for this all the time!

I love the Carli bybel palette. It’s perfect for everyday use for me, but Jackie A and sultry are right up there too. I keep seeing sultry half off at tj maxx if you have one of those around you. I really wish I had the prism palette.

i decluttered the PRISM palette, i found a lot of the shade difficult to work with , i too use the Carli B palette nearly everyday, such an underrated palete,i do have the jackie aina as well , ant its great i just wish ut had a bone colour shade so i woudn't have to reach for anothe palette..
I wish Anastasia was still just these palettes. Released once or twice a year. I always waited anxiously for the next one and got so excited when they released a new palette. Now that Norvina is a creative director its just too much. So much palettes, so much colour, so many different shapes and sizes and just too often! This brand has lost the magic in my opinion..

Patty I did enjoy seeing your rankings. You do know these palettes well so love them well. I own two in your collection and both I really treasure. Modern Renaissance to me highlights the colour story of Europe. Like a treasure chest. Now Subculture was my first love. I got a good palette. These grungy colours suit me and so many looks are possible. Favourite shades...Electric, Roxy, Dawn and Destiny and in combination Wow. It’s possibly the cutest khaki look I have every created. I am trying out the Norvina mini palettes now. I am finding myself having to soften the looks created. These bright colours are quite the contrast but It’s interesting working with those shades.

Oh my God 😲 I was looking at Anstasia palettes last night and I couldn't help but declare Soft Glam as the best and most functional for me. It has browns: both warm and neutral . It has gold shades like Naked Honey. Soft glam+Naked Reloaded are all I need for most of my looks. I came to see where you ranked this and I am so surprised to see it as your favourite ABH one too. 🤗💜
I have all of them except the Mario, Shadow Couture and the Alyssa Edwards one.
My faves are Soft Glam and Modern Renaissance.

I have Prism and Modern Renaissance. I hit pan on MR awhile ago. Love that palette! Prism I'm not hitting pan any time soon, but it's my go to when I'm doing a full glam look or dark and sultry look. Which is often because I'm extra.

I love the subculture palette because I love greens and yellows but it is very hard to work with and some shades are just so pigmented and dark. The sultry is amazing. The ones I really want to get however are norvina and soft glam- those are beautiful!

Soft Glam was the first pallette I bought from ABH,and then I couldn't stop! It became my favourite shadow formula. I have all of them except Sultry,Riviera and Amrezy. The first two are not my favourite colour story,and the latter looks like Soft Glam & Riviera combined.
Your video made me take out all my ABH pallettes to see which one I use most of all. And judging by the holes in the eyeshadows, my top favourite is Norvina.

I bought the Bybel palette because it’s brighter than most of the ABH palettes. Still, It does have redundancy and could use some depth. It’s NOT an everyday thing for me. It’s a good palette for brightening up my eye look.
I have such a hard time picking a favorite but my two most used are Modern Renaissance (I have Pan in almost every shade) and Subculture. But I depot my shadows and mix up my palettes to create looks that I’m into at the moment. I still want to pick up the Carli Bybel palette.

My Amrexy is #1 I just love it SO MUCH! I can’t get enough of it... I use the blue shade a lot lol. But I think it goes really well together... it’s my fav out of all my ABH ones... even my vol #2 & #3

I came into the makeup game a little later and didn't get a chance to get the first like five. The original amrezy, the tamana, world traveler, artist, maya mia, cat walk, self made and shadow couture omg that's more then five lol!! I'm not drawn to the CB palette for some reason, may just pick it up to collect it since it's been on sale for months now. Glad I grabbed all the other ones.

I have 8 ABH palettes, in order of preference: Jackie Aina, Norvina, Soft Glam, Modern Renaissance, Riviera, Prism, Sultry, Subculture. I'm tempted to get the Amrezy but I feel like I have dupes for most of the colors in the other palettes. Should I buy it?

@@PattyAlonso I was actually surprised that I liked it because it's cooler toned and very neutral, but the performance and the easy looks you can create with it surprised me ! i'd say I would put it around the Riviera palette (for NOT the same reasons obviously, haha!)

I only have three ABH palettes : Soft Glam, Modern Renaissance and Subculture.
The first one I bought was Soft Glam which is probably one of the best palette to start with makeup.
Then I bought Modern Renaissance but I grew a bit tired of it because I feel like I always end up creating the same kind of looks... I love pink/mauve makeup looks but I look very similar to another...
And I recently bought Subculture and I absolutely LOVE this one! I love how unique it is! I tend to be extra careful with this one and I have to take my time to create looks but to me it's totally worth it!
So my ranking would be :
1- Subculture for its uniqueness
2- Soft Glam for the versatily of it
3- Modern Renaissance : great colorstory but tends to be boring....

Patty! Loved this. I feel much the same about these palettes. I don’t have all of them, but I have Jackie and Carli’s palettes, and soft glam and modern renaissance. Soft glam is my fav! And I did feel like something with the carli palette falls short for me too.
I am gonna pickup the norvina palette and I’m trying to decide whether to get the amrezy or the riviera palette. I’m not a big fan of pressed glitters and I don’t really have a lot of bright, rainbow colored palettes so I think I’m leaning riviera! Ugh so hard to choose

Hey! Not sure if you'll see this, but do you think that it's worth having both the Alyssa Edwards and the Jackie Aina Palette? I already have the Jackie Aina, and I love it. The Alyssa Edwards Palette really intrigues me, especially since it's on sale now, but I feel like there's a decent amount of overlap between the looks that I could create with the JA and the AE palettes.
You get brighter colors on the Alyssa one so if you are into vibrant yellows, pinks and blues I would say its worth it. Check out my 5 looks 1 palette video on the Alyssa Edwards so you can see the types of looks you can do with that one!

Thiss Norvina palette I show in this video is part of the Anastasia line. The bigger ones you are referring to are from Norvina’s separate brand and I have the big purple one.

You can still get the Sultry palette at Sephora in Australia. We get "new" releases so late and it's really hard to get some brands here so I'm really good at scouring the internet for products. 😜 Before Sephora came here I used to get my US friends to buy whole lists of stuff for me at the VIB Rouge sales and I'd send them PayPal and they'd send it here. After this virus dies down, you need an Australian mule! 😁

I just wanted to tell you that carli bybel said in her video introducing her palette that the color boie which is the dark brown could be used wet to give you a deep black effect so i think it would change the way you look at the palette and that it doesn’t have a deep shade

I just purchased the MR as my first High End palette and it's everything I hoped it would be: great formula, long-lasting, blendable and colours that work for me (an advanced beginner in makeup...? XD).
As it stands, I would purchase it again, but I also got my eye on the Soft Glam :-)
I understand people's frustration with Subculture, I have a dupe, and the green/blue colours are also tricky there - the shade just seems to be a hard one to nail.
Like the colour story, but all the shades that work for me, I also have in different palettes already...
