I know this video is 3 years old but it helped me out alot in trying to think of something to build for my goat. Thanks for the awesome video. Job well done 👍✅
We adopted a baby sheep that was 24 hours old. We had it in the house with diapers while we bottle fed it. Now it is eating grass and I am going to copy your idea exactly! Looks good!
Great, informative video, thanks! Would you recommend building this on a slanted ground for goats? Just curious because the space/land we want to use is not flat
Not much. It is as stable as the day I built it. One thing I would have done would be to close in the walls better. The gaps in the pallets create a wind coming through. In the winter, it is still cold in there. I plan to do that using fence pickets. Overall, I am very pleased with it. Pleased enough I built a pig enclosure out of them as well. Thanks for watching, and the great question.
Goodgame Bees & Homestead I disassembled a few other pallets and used the planks to cover the gaps in the pallet, and reused some of the nails....i copied your shelter👌
I considered doing that myself, but I have some fence pickets sitting around I got from my father's place when he passed away, so I will likely use those. Thanks for watching!
Thats nice I'd slant the roof for water to runoff to the back

It has worked out well. They love it, and it is sturdy enough the goats can stand on the roof. Thanks for watching!
Continuing my support. I also use pallets for enclosures for fire wood, equipment etc. You can't beat their versatility., Nice find on the roofing.

How many pallets are used for the roof?
Left side looks better than right side where rafters attach to pallets.
Yeah, the goats don't seem to care. lol... thanks for watching!
We're using them for chicken houses. :)
That's next. I have a chicken run, but it needs some work, so the pallets are going to help out with that.
that reasonable
I will add doors so they won't come out but that great
I left it open so they could come and go as they pleased. It is inside their fenced area. Thanks for watching!
Simple but efficient how's it holding up now days
Jennifer Grimes still standing and looking great. Thanks for watching!
Not much u can't build out of these things. We subbed back. Gotta love 4 da kidz fishing!!
Yeah, pallets are great. Thanks for watching, and for the help!
So it is about a year later, what would you have done differently?

I've seen other people put plastic sheeting on the inside of their pens. Thank you for the quick response and the quality video.

Goodgame Bees & Homestead sorry to hear about your dad
I know you can find solutions to this problem in the Woodprix plans.
The intro was so loud that I didn’t care to watch the remainder of the vid. 👎
Thanks for the feedback. I’ve learned a lot since then on adjusting levels.
