I rented out my van | Meet my renter

I rented out my van and it was not as difficult as I had anticipated. Before renting it out, I had to thoroughly clean it and fix some issues that I had been neglecting for a while. However, now the van has a new tenant, and I will be keeping in touch with them throughout the 3-month rental period. I will share some of their feedback with you later.
I had to make sure that renting the van was a safe decision for me and my investment. Fortunately, the tenant was able to provide sufficient coverage and protection in case of an emergency or accident.
I was initially hesitant to rent out the van since it is my home and most valuable asset. However, after careful consideration, I decided that renting it out to this particular tenant made sense.
