That's what I'm trying to work towards, I'm working to save enough money so that I can buy a piece of land and do exactly as you suggested, but I'm doing it alone, no one I know, within my family even cares about this, some of which are not true believers and others because they don't agree with me on who the real Hebrews are or that our Messiah is a black man, so I'm still pushing forward, sad and tired and emotionally drained, but I'm pushing towards that goal... The type of homestead total number of houses to be built on the acres. Remember people always have family members that find themselves in a bind but don't see your way until they have no way!!! 3.) The taxes yearly for your acreage. 4.) You commute to the nearest medical facilities. .. 5.)Access to natural gas or a utility company. .Keep in mind Solar grid is an option as well as composting toilets or septic tanks..... 6.) A charter for the community to outreach to one another with an elected member for resolutions. .... 7.) A individual or individuals trained in masonry construction and building ......
