Here in the US we use Length, Width, Height. So based off your video, Depth is the equivalent of Height. Would that be correct?

Err hello, you mention the length but then just say shortest and then depth yet parcelforce use Length Height & Depth so which is which??

I'm confused because my equation is
V= H x W x D, so wouldn't Dept be equivalent to length? I hate math! 😔
