As pfo defender here is another tip. If you are left 3v1 or 2v1 , mark the in middle if the players on side dont move towards the goal bc that means they are going to cross. But if they chose to go to goal, get in net to block the ball if they pass to a teamate and to block that too

Wait for a the animation of a cross and use a normal tackle to stop it If you are in front of them you can chest control or block the cross If there is no one marking the middle it’s best to foul
