For now it's cheaper to sell the halloween materials at 3:20 (apart from the candy corn obviously) to a vendor and just buy(order) the needed converted halloween materials out of the trading post. One stack of those is 60 silver and you need four stacks, so as long as the converted stuff is cheaper than 2,40g it's a win. Last year they didn't even exceed 1g
True! I should've included that as well! I was a bit too focused on telling people to check the price before turning 1k into an upgraded one, that it completely slipped my mind.
Instead of using your tickets to sell Vintage Black Lion Weapon Boxes, check out selling any Mystical Beast weapons for 1 BL ticket. Since release, they've been consistently selling for more gold than the VBLWB's.
Sorry for the late reply! It's pretty close actually. The est. value of opening one is 3.58 (buy)/3.69 (sell) silver, while they sell for 3.84/3.99 on the TP. If you need Candy Corn (for the gobbler), I think opening them is the best move and stocking up for the year to come. Even without needing the candy corn, I'd still open them and hope for one of the infusions.
Vm Glyph values are going to plummet ,Dragon fall meta and Bjora's Eternal ice isn't worth farming anymore and even Bjora Marches chests are going to take a hit. I'm going to start crafting boreal trunks instead of trading for vm to cash in like I used to. Streamers haven't been streaming GW2 content for about a month. If I feel the need to spend real money to buy gold then my decade of support for GW2 will finally end.
I do think T6 mats will eventually rebalance, but it's gonna take time, which is indeed not that great for VM or Bjora Marches. I wonder if Restored Boreal weapons ever can make a comeback if less people farm ingots. But I think the trunks you mentioned are probably your best bet. As for the streamers, yeah, I think it's a content heavy month outside of GW2: WoW expansion, TnL, New World, Diablo 4, Path of Exile 2 soon. Couple that with the lull in content, and it's indeed a bit of a "contentless" month in GW2.
Turning the candy corn into cobs is likely to be a huge loss now since you need a LOT for homestead items like the pumpkins, webs, haunted furniture, cauldron, scarecrows etc. Just purchasing the homestead recipes at the vendor puts you back 50 candy corn for each volume. I don't think most people even realize it is there yet.
The unidentified gear (blues and greens) might go up in price a bit if there are enough people trying to maximise the account luck. T6 dust might get cheaper in the progress
I thought the Chinese new year event is the best time to farm luck.I don't understand why players would farm luck now. What info might I be missing? Last week the Unid prices shot up because some players discovered and exploited the TP bots. There is a post about it on reddit.
@@DeltatechActual They would farm luck to get to the 300% cap, so that it's easier to achieve the 750% or at least getting close to it while farming ToT bags. Of course at lunars new year it's much easier to farm luck, but nowadays it's not even that necessary at this time as you just need your luck if you open the bags yourself. You could even time your opening so that you only open all envelopes at once. It's not expensive to get the 750% one time, but to keep it up with low magic find over hours and hours for the lab farm gets quite expensive
I am sure, i will not join halloween that much. Last year i saw so many "Raid rotation" *§"=%)%ses in the labyrinth, while i was running in level 10 Armor.... But also i mustn´t, cause Auric Basin dropped >> VIAL of liquid Aurilium
Ooh, congrats! People running ahead or blasting mobs is indeed what destroys many a run. That, or opening doors before everyone gets there. Bit of the downside of 50 man squads.

4:32 just FYI that Haunted Bell recipe is for Guild. The Homestead one takes 1 Candy Corn Cob, 25 refined homestead metal, and 50 ancient wood planks
I included the wrong one, indeed. Thanks for mentioning it!
Thanks for the weekly awesomeness!
