i took a town at day 4, get on my level (on native custom troop mod, Nords were taking this one town and left it at like 50 ppl, i gathered like 50 recruits, went to the training place, sparred until most of them are lvl 2 and got the town)

If you want to speedrun this mod, you need to start with the letter that changed your life. That lets you create order of gryphon w/o quallis gem, just money. Dump all money into KoG and use about 100 of them. 1 upgraded KoG = 1 Noldor ... And you can achieve that within 60-80 days. Nice try tho, but it doesn't look like a speedrun to me.
I did some speedruns of warband before, probably the first documented one too, so it's interesting to me to compare your strategy to mine. So, why "waste" so many points on Inventory management and do all this trading if you could solo for a few weeks and get way more money, XP and renown instead? I tried a bit of Pendor, so I know my approach works there. Actually, it seems to work better than on Native+Diplomacy, where I figured it out some time ago. More XP, better loot and more money in towns, while having an army is comparatively less attractive, because they will just die rather sooner than later.
