I have one question, how do you know if the splines on the knobs and the pots are lined up so that they are not damaged when installing the new knobs on the pots? Please and thank you!
It did cross my mind when putting them on, but then realized there really is no way to tell, other than simply going by feel. But even if they aren't aligned, they still stay on tight enough to last a long time. I don't think the plastic grooves break off, just bind tighter. No issues yet for me.

Congrats! the Studio Plus is definitely nice! I got the Tribute also and decided to swap the plastics, so now my tribute has the black. Since uploading this video, I installed double cream pickups, the stock ones are great too, just wanted a different look.

I don’t understand. You make it look so easy. One of mine came off and I cannot get it back on for the fuckin life of me! you said don’t push too hard but when I push it does nothing ??? any advice ????
Hey Nic, maybe one of splines broke off or stripped on the inside of the knob and no longer grabs properly?...if that happened to me, I would try wedging something in there, maybe a small sliver of popsicle stick or toothpick. If that doesn't work, might have to order a new set, I think I paid $25 cdn for a pack of 4.

Yes, do that - but remember they are 'several different things'. Been around for some 66 years. .
Is it possible to put Tele knobs on a lp
never swapped any fender knobs yet, but I'm pretty sure they would work on an LP, because there is a screw on the tele knobs to tighten the fit

I think the cream plastic would look better and more correct than the white
