I dont even train more abs, for more than 5 months now i think, and i still have a 6 pack ( unlike when i trained them ), its good to train them for some months, and then just loose the fat that covers´em , like i did.
@@SWORDASH Yeah, but i am not 125 pounds, i had fat covering them, didnt matter how much i trained them it wont show, i start doing cardio and loosing fat and boom, they appeared

The torcher exercises are featured in the Core 4 program. The program itself seems a bit expensive but it’s definitely worth it. The training is so much fun and you really build a mind to muscle connection with each part of the core. 10/10 Definitely recommend
What I liked about this workout, is that Jeff actually completes the whole set instead of just doing a few of the exercises and walking away expecting me to "make it happen." Now I can follow along with Jeff and feel like I am in a "team effort" which really motivates me. It would be great if Jeff would do more of these motivational workouts with the same formula incorporating the formate with his "pay for" routines. Just my opinion. Other than that, Jeff is first-rate as a motivator and coach.
After doing this 1-3 times per week for the past 5 months, today was the first time I did the whole routine at the advanced level without taking breaks!
Thanks ❤..I am 46 years ago. And struggle with laziness. I was a driver, before the pandemic. Needless to say, I haven't done much in the way of anything 🙃... I'm back 9m the gym. And in 1 week I feel much better. And am so happy to find your workouts...
Today is the first time since I started with this video a couple of months ago that I reached "Advanced" on all exercises. Thanks Jeff! (the music to this is perfectly motivating) Now time for more reps in the same "time"!
Thank you for guiding me through training abs the RIGHT way. Game changer for me. I now do abs before anything followed by rowing intervals focussing on explosive movement and engaging core throughout. Have only been doing your ab workouts for 7 days and my 5 pack is a poppin LOL. For years doing everything else right and stopped listening to tubers who say not to bother training them. No name mentioned you can probably guess. Am a true convert Jeff ❤️
I remember this being the ab workout that set me on the true path to getting a 6 pack. I cant imagine how many views i gave this shit lol pure quality man
I did it. I watched the whole thing. I added this to my playlist of AX ab workouts which I have been shuffling through past the 3 weeks. I'll be releasing a video with the results soon.

You've got so many 6-pack abs workout variations on your channel that's inconceivable. But when will you start posting exercises for 4-pack and 8-pack people? Just curious
Jeff, my son and I began our weight training journey applying your exercise techniques and have been injury free and making progress for well over a year. I also take your Omega 3's daily. Thanks for the abundance of fitness advice coverage!
So good. I forget how many times, I’ve done this one now. When I started, I couldn’t keep up. Now a year in and commitment to 5-7 days a week. I can rock this now. Still tough mind you, still burns, like Jeff says, but so much more core power! Thanks Jeff!!
Today was one of those days. It’s leg day but my legs are still sore. I wanted to do something today so I picked this and man this kicked my butt!!! Love your channel man! Just what I needed
You know Jeff, the best type of workouts are always follow along for me because it gives me the feeling that someone who has already achieved this physique is here with me. Guiding me through that burn every single time while also going along. Thanks man.
I get excited whenever Jeff puts up these follow along workouts. It's like your Guru is working out with you, just by your side. Raises the motivation level !
Having the follow along tinder is really great. Especially the ring for beginner/intermediate/adv. Along with having a preview of the next workout during the cool down, it made the workout seamless and easy to follow. One of the best made workout vids I’ve ran across in a while.
Of course you can but be mindful of the amount of sets you're doing on a daily basis and overtime. I'd reccommend: 2 x 8-15reps Edit: He also has a video on training lower back everyday.
Would you say out of all the ab workouts you’ve shown on this channel this gives you the best results? or would you say it depends what exercise you prefer ?
Thank you for these videos man! You have inspired me to start my own channel and record my journey to RIPT! I just hope everything works out in the end. But keep up the good work!
I do appreciate these videos. My apartment gym is lacking. I wish there was a pull-up bar. I’m 6’8” so that’s tough. Your home workouts are making this pandemic easier to take. I gained the Covid 25 and although after a month of working out, I cannot see my abs, I can feel them. I’ve lost 1 pound but lost two inches off my waist. Yesterday I ran 1.5 miles for the first time since I completed Insanity back in 2010.
Love the "follow along" set-up. Really thought out well. Easy to follow. Preps you for the next exercise perfectly allowing you to know what you're doing without losing valuable time. And the beeps telling you what level you're at. And of course, the workout itself. Awesome!
Loved the music on this one. The music on some of the older videos wasn’t really something I could get into and focus on as easily, but this music was the right balance of inspiring while also allowing me to get into a focused mental space. Just wanted to say thanks Jeff + Jessie + Team
A hi from a student in Australia. Thank you Jeff you are the one who inspired me to shred a 6 packs during quarantine period and semester break back in July. Being a sometimes gym goer, with just a thought of learning proper training technique from your video, your video about intuitively divide food in a plate has struck me a thought of 'why don't I go for 6 packs since I am bored anyway' as a goal that I have never dreamed of, since I love to eat and always eat more than I have to, and never like counting calories. And I succeeded, getting a 6 packs. Not very defined but happy enough that it appears. Never thought one day my stubborn 10-years belly fat from McDonald's would shrink. Although at one point I did use a food scale because I was always in hunger in the beginning and realized my intuition was so bad.. you're still the one that influences me a lot about the fun of training and staying lean 365. Well, I wish mine could last for a year ;) Today, I still go to gym almost everyday in a week. I think simply shredding for packs is not a goal anymore, but staying shredded and healthy have became my passion. Now it's exam period and it's just a right time you have a 6 mins abs video uploaded. Jeff always can read people's mind and got all my questions answered. Once again, thank you Jeff!
Whenever I do lower ab exercises such as these ab halos or leg raises, my lower back always tends to ache and fatigue faster then my actual lower abs.. Any advice?
@@anishshete1612 I was thinking the same too, but if you watch this video of Jeff for instance, you can see that he is actively raising his lower back off the ground. I think perhaps my lower back is just too weak lol, I'll have to work on that.
Hold off on doing ab halo and leg raises until after you have strengthened your lower back and hip flexors if you are experiencing pain. When it comes to leg raises you want to prevent being in anterior pelvic tilt (excessive kyphosis of the lower spine, aka sticking your ass out in the air) as you'll be putting extra strain on your lower back. The best way to avoid that is to engage your abs and glutes prior to performing each rep, essentially flattening your lower back. You can make this exercise easier on your lower back by performing them with slightly bent knees.
Superb quality video. The timers, beeps, graphics, the example of the next workout in grey, and you demonstrating it the whole way!!! Definitely keep this format in similar future videos
I always had a naturally flat belly but after I started to workout, my belly got bigger instead especially on the mid-lower region. I also started pulling in my TVA muscles while breathing out but it still did not work. Please help, Jeff :(
I don't know if you do weighed ab exercises, but if you have abs regardless, then I think it's fine. Just like any muscle, when you add more weight to it, they can get bigger. Maybe try doing other variations of ab workouts that challenge you. Again I don't really know, but that's my thoughts about it.
Love the workout! I’m impressed every time you increase the intensity but decrease the time spent. We all want to look great, but damn, who wants to spend hours in the gym?! Backwards 7’s and sidewinders were something new I hadn’t done. Appreciate ya keeping the workouts interesting. Keep it up brother!
I’ve lost so much muscle and put on some fat since Covid happened and all the gyms closed. Lost some motivation as well. But I just completed this little 6 min workout so I’m hoping I come back daily! I hope you guys do, too
I’ve never been a gym goer, but I recently got motivation (since it’s my last year in high school and the second semester is going to be online as well) to start using Jeff’s full body and abs workouts
I have to give you props👌. As a 51 year old who is working it as much as possible his training is working. I have been trying and working on this for 2 month s after overcoming C diff and a very slow taper off of opioids. Yeah my stomach's going through hell and I've also lost three feet of my colon and have a very swollen digestive tract. And even with all of those problems I'm not quitting. A lot of this is working. Breathing exercises are key too. I can only imagine how easy it is for others. I've also had two spinal injuries and surgery to my neck drafted bone two plates and six pins. if you haven't been through all of that it's got to be 10 times easier.
Thank you for everything Jeff. Everytime I feel down I somehow end up back here, and every single time you motivate me to get working and get through it. Since I've started watching you in 2017 I've gotten bigger, stronger, wiser, and almost every aspect of my life has gone up. You are the fucking man Jeff.
This was, hands down, the best "Follow Along" video in this channel. Great editing and post-production service with all the visual & audio queues. Please continue developing more vids with this template.
Great workout. When feeling lazy, this 6-7 minutes abs training allows me to get back on track and do the corresponding training. I called it the "will restoration"
@@Kirokill1 yeah I’m just gonna try to do this one multiple times rather than find a harder one because this is the only one that doesn’t kill my tail bone. Idk if it’s just me but a can not do sit ups or similar motions because it’s just way too painful on my tail bone.
Agreed, this one is way doable. I had already finished a 25 minute conditioning workout, then after a rest came and did the advanced version of this. I'm not complaining, though 😂 Normally I can barely breathe after a Jeff workout! 💪🏼🔥
Things I've learned from this video, by following along: 1. I am definitely advanced, since I had no issues performing all exercises for the full amount of time, while not slowing myself down or cutting short. 2. I am definitely not ready for torched, the main reason being that I am simply waaaay weaker when it comes to pulling power and keeping myself stable in place while hanging or more specifically hanging for prolonged amount of time. 3. I need to work harder on my pulling and hanging strength. 4. I am still able to work towards torched, considering I am not completely incapable of performing and/or executing the exercises, however I am able to perform them for a very limited amount of reps (between 5-7) then I get to get a short rest. HOWEVER I was still able to easily perform the last two exercises for their full duration, which only implies yet again, my lack of pulling/hanging power being the main problem. 5. I am feeling enthusiastic and masochistic enough to keep pushing myself in order to get those 5-7 reps numbers higher over a period of time. P.S. I tried torched RIGHT AFTER I completed the entire advanced workout follow along and I felt like I had some more fuel left in my body to give torched a try. I will edit this (if I don't forget that is..) in lets say a month or two, to tell if there is any progress. Also I train my abs at least 5 times a week, while aiming for 7/7 days, just to put things in perspective. Also, aside from the fact that I train (my full body) for less then 3 months (hence, the huge lack of pulling power when it comes to "torched" exercises), I DO train my abs for many years prior, cuz I have a *phobia* of getting a belly, since my parents and grandparents are nothing close to slim, and I really don't see myself as slim guy with a belly. Also my ribs and abs are all tattooed and belly will ruin it all, so flat is the way to go. Anyway, I assumed some context might be in order here. P.S.2 This comment is NOT a brag and should not be treated or considered as one. It is literally a "note" where I share my thoughts and potential future goal(s).
I manage to make it through the advanced! Not sure I’ll ever reach “torcher” but I’ll give it my best shot. Thank you so much for adding so much incredible content to the internet. I’ve been a follower and also in the industry for so many years. I’ve really valued the educational content you provide that had in turn added value to my clients.

Today, I still go to gym almost everyday in a week.
Any advice?
i think you should make sure to keep your back completely flat against the ground
@@anishshete1612 I was thinking the same too, but if you watch this video of Jeff for instance, you can see that he is actively raising his lower back off the ground. I think perhaps my lower back is just too weak lol, I'll have to work on that.
Train your lower back more often and like Anish Shete said try to keep ur lower back straight
The answer is posterior pelvic tilt
Hold off on doing ab halo and leg raises until after you have strengthened your lower back and hip flexors if you are experiencing pain. When it comes to leg raises you want to prevent being in anterior pelvic tilt (excessive kyphosis of the lower spine, aka sticking your ass out in the air) as you'll be putting extra strain on your lower back. The best way to avoid that is to engage your abs and glutes prior to performing each rep, essentially flattening your lower back. You can make this exercise easier on your lower back by performing them with slightly bent knees.
I'm really feeling the music for this workout, it's motivating and calming at the same time.
Whats music name
The music and time alerts really help, thanks a lot
I just started 3 days ago on a 10 minute ab youtube binge, and now my favorite RUclips channel does a 6 minute ab video. Bookmarked this!
I was literally just going to do my daily ab workout with athleanx's ab app. When grabbing my phone I instead saw this video xD
This is by far the best version of follow along you have. just music and working out. Much easier for me to stay focused. Thank you!
Jesse really did his homework to edit Jeff's video
I like the new design with the countdown and the full training as part of the video, instead of just showing the awesome exercises separately.
Jesse built his forearms by rock-climbing Jeff's abs...
This is a great comment.
Please help, Jeff :(
Same here
Aditya Ganeju maybe it’s what your eating? Other than that idk
I don't know if you do weighed ab exercises, but if you have abs regardless, then I think it's fine. Just like any muscle, when you add more weight to it, they can get bigger. Maybe try doing other variations of ab workouts that challenge you. Again I don't really know, but that's my thoughts about it.
Man the first time I ever completed an advanced workout from Jeff. Huge burn but even bigger motivation boost, thanks for the content man!
Does anyone know if your able to get a training session with Jeff even if ur not a celeb?🙏
Sure if u got the $$$ it is his job after all 😏 might be zoom or some shit like that seein as we're all prisoners in our own homes tho
3:03 starting time. Stay motivated 🔥 you will get those Jeff abs one day🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🎉🔥🔥🔥🔥🎉🎉
I really like the new progress bar at the bottom of the screen for the different level stopping points for each exercise. Very well done.
Jeff has to switch the side his mic is on every video to avoid muscle imbalance
Jeff, one of your best ab videos to date. And the music is awesome. Helps you get through the grind.
Me: no one can actually do the torcher for the full 40 seconds.
Jeff: hold my carrot cake
Lol
Thank you for everything Jeff. Everytime I feel down I somehow end up back here, and every single time you motivate me to get working and get through it. Since I've started watching you in 2017 I've gotten bigger, stronger, wiser, and almost every aspect of my life has gone up. You are the fucking man Jeff.

This was, hands down, the best "Follow Along" video in this channel. Great editing and post-production service with all the visual & audio queues. Please continue developing more vids with this template.
To everyone seeing this I gained 20 lbs of fat over quarantine and I really need my six pack back so this was very much needed
Abs are overrated anyway
You need a caloric deficit
y do u need it like wtf
@@ThePindar why wouldn't you having abs is better than a bear belly
@@monicarojas4666 people who says this don't have abs lol
It's your best abs exercise!!!! Keep uploading in a corner the insane workout including bars and equipment! Greetings from Argentina
Me who works out in the kitchen:
True. Abs are made in the kitchen.
Great workout. When feeling lazy, this 6-7 minutes abs training allows me to get back on track and do the corresponding training. I called it the "will restoration"
Am I the only one enjoying the music? 😂😂
No i am too. Does anyone know the name of the song?
I prefer this type of background music.
After watching the video I am doing Jeff all exercise they are really effective and hard ....the music helps me more during the exercise...❤️❤️
Jeff : Has six packs, or even 8.
Also Jeff: (uses a model's abs picture to show six packs !!!!
You have 1 pack
I think he only has a 4 pack that's visible
I don't like his body
Allrounder Memes well that was unnecessary
First time I actually got through your ab workout without missing a rep.
Been at it since Feb.
Pretty happy about it and thanks for posting these.
Jeff is a living proof that u can be ripped and muscular naturally.
epic! you just raised the bar way higher for follow-along videos
This wasn’t as hard as I expected, the other ones are way harder
Yea i’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong but the 7 min excersize is a killer compared to this one.
Yeah definitely
@@Kirokill1 yeah I’m just gonna try to do this one multiple times rather than find a harder one because this is the only one that doesn’t kill my tail bone. Idk if it’s just me but a can not do sit ups or similar motions because it’s just way too painful on my tail bone.
Agreed, this one is way doable. I had already finished a 25 minute conditioning workout, then after a rest came and did the advanced version of this. I'm not complaining, though 😂 Normally I can barely breathe after a Jeff workout! 💪🏼🔥
This one is simple but very effective
Things I've learned from this video, by following along:
Jeff the type of guy to alternate thumbs when texting to prevent muscle imbalance
Jeff: You're gonna wanna make sure that you're eating well as well."
Me: *bought 30 dollars worth of candy because it's the day after the holiday and everything is 50% off.
Here I am a year later. Guys, I’m skipping the candy this year. Or at least buying it from the stores. I’ve had enough candy from the birthdays I went to.
I’ve lost 15lbs and it’s been from watching the calories. I plan on losing at least ten more. I’m motivated this time, and I’m running toward my goal of having defined abs.
Second time doing this and it gets easier. I’m stubborn and will not fail. Intermediate except for the last one. Thanks for the Six minute 6 pack
I'm starting to memorize the musical cues that go along with the beeps 😬😬
Loving this format! With the beeps, I don't have to keep on looking at the screen to know where I am at! Thank you very much!
