I had mastitis. My doctor put me on something for it, but told me I could still nurse my child. My child never got sick from it and is 43 years old. Get the vet to treat that cow.

Awe yes the good ol days when we had a dairy farm. We call them litch baby's. I don't know why it's just what my grandpa always calls them. I remember when he was trying to get a newborn on the bottle (nonalcoholic)😂 that lost it's mother. He couldn't get the baby to drink and handed me the bottle and said "if you can get her to drink you can have her". Not kidding i spent all night trying to get her to drink. By daybreak I finally got her to drink. I was 6 at the time. My grandpa said good job and we did chores. That night he couldn't get the baby to drink so he called me over and asked me to try. I brought the bottle up to the babies mouth and she went to town on the bottle. We were best friends until she died at 7 years old. That was my favorite cow. 22 years old and i still love telling that story

my dog picked up a baby squirrel... she was very gentle and she is a huge dog.. the momma squirrel at that point i guess realized what happened and came down the tree soo freakin fast to kick my dogs butt... lol i grabbed the baby squirrel out of her mouth and laid it gently on the ground and backed away slowly. The squirrel grabbed its baby and ran back up the tree. my dog just looked at me like really sad... i said hey you have him and pointed to the aussie puppy she picked out. she howled at me like she was telling me off.. lol now if its a bird.. different ending..lol

Yes . So glad the baby calf was saved and got helped. But what happened to the mother cow? I hope you guys helped her and treated her what she was going through and saved her life too. This is very serious and really painful for the mother cow. She needs emergency medicine antibiotics and medical attention and treatment from a big animal veterinarian . I hope you guy took care of her and hot her medical attention and help. I hope you just l3ft her there and didn't do anything for her. That would inhuman animal cruelty abandonment to leave her in that serious situation. I happy for the calf got helped. I'm worried and upset about the mother cow not getting helped. And wondering how the mother cow is doing. She needs emergency medical attention. So she can get better and back to normal. And be reunited with her beautiful precious baby calf. They both needs to be helped and they both need to get better and be reunited with each other. They both really need each other through all of this. They are very bonded. Please keep them together and help both to get better and stronger and reunited them mother and her baby calf. Please update on how the mother cow is doing. It breaks my heart abd devastating. If they are not getting better and not reunited. They really need each. Sending love and prayers 💗 🙏 🕊 ⚘️ ♥️. Please keep us updated on how they both are doing and they got reunited back together as a beautiful precious loving family. ❤❤

Growing up we had friends that raised cows along the Mississippi River levee system. Helped my grandfather raise several calves who either: lost their mother, got rejected, or mom had no milk. Lost a couple but most made it to become large, annoying fence breakers lol. The goofy heifers liked to give birth on the coldest, crappiest winter days which didn’t help matters. Once that calf gets going well you better hang on tight to that bottle!

Remember the movie where 3 friends went to a working cow ranch and the last scene a calf is seen working out of a airport to go live the good life of the suburbs. So funny. So proud of you🎉

Great job Rob saving that calf from sure death!!! It always warms my heart to see you drop everything to rescue a sick or dying animal!! I love watching when a sick or injured bird fly onto your boat looking for help. You always end up saving tbe poor birds life.

Thats awesome. People think because we hunt and fish that we have no care for life. But most of us actually care and we help animals if we can. Hunting and fishing is a natural, organic resouce that we know is healthier than store bought meats. Thanks for sharing.
