Is it possible to have the vertical reveal cut the horizontal sweep. For example if you have a precast panel and your adding a vertical joint which cuts thru a soldier course, is it possible to have the reveal cut the thru the sweep that is baked into the wall type?

What is the difference between setback and offset?

The difference is whether the sweep should move vertically or horizontally.

@@ArchitectureVanguard but isn’t the distance the vertical direction? I’ve tried flexing these parameters but it doesn’t look like anything changes when I change the setback setting.

The distance would move the sweep vertically, and the offset would move the sweep horizontally. The setback works along the same lines of the offset, although applies to each end of the sweep (end of the wall also because the sweep is tied to the wall). What happens is that the sweep is set back or set in from the end of the wall. For example if you have a sweep applied to a 10' wall with a 1' setback, the total length of the sweep will only be 8' because the sweep with be set back 1' on each end of the wall. Hope that makes sense. This is a really good one that is not covered enough. Would also be a great one to feature in my community starting up soon. Thanks and hope that helps!
