Kudos to Sheffield United, they must be doing something right and not only should be proud of the success these players have achieved but also for the men they become.

SOOO COCKY ....yea of course man city are great but we all know they are *premier league holders to champions league folders* ...this type of obnoxiousness makes me want other top 5 teams to batter them this season.
Out of 16 man city players, 14 came before shield match and sterling and kevin after that. This shows the passion of city players that they want every thing.
And it worked. Charity Shield, League Cup (retained) Premier League (retained) and finally FA Cup with record score. Not a bad season, well played City, Pep and proof hard work, professionalism and dedication to the tasks in hand provides results.
Not English (i'm Irish) not a City fan (United fan) but I have to say, he came off very well there. Seemed a well spoken, intelligent and above all decent humble lad, that just wants to get better and help his club and country, of which he's a credit to both. Wish there was a lot more like him about these days, rather than the plethora of vain, self important "superstars" who've done nothing to merit the status that they try to convey.
Lol and a year after this comment , Kyle Walker is still the sure shot RB starter while your cancelo has to learn to play on LB for him to even get on the team.
Love hearing Walker talking about John Stones Confidence. Here in 2021 when stones is arguably the best English defender and part of the best CB partnership in the world
I like the way he's not holding back any tactical/ educational content. He's not afraid to give his tactics away. That's always a good sign of a top player.
As a United fan, I've always admired Walker as a player but when he made the move to City, of course I had an instant disliking to him. Seeing him in this interview changed my view however. He seems like a top bloke, very respectful, good knowledge of football and knows what he wants to achieve and I wish him all the best.. Just hope he doesn't do too well at City hahaha
You shouldn't judge a player because they play for a rival club.I support City but I have to respect De Gea Class keeper, same as Liverpool I dislike them because of their fans but Mane is just class.
I have to admit, Pep is a genius and a football purist. Gary and Jamie always go to pick his brain someway some how, whether thats interviewing the players or Pep himself. People want to know how he does it and that's special. It pains me watching that shite from Mourinho but fair play to City they're doing it the right way.
Mourinho is one of the greatest managers in history, and if you cant appreciate defensive football, you dont understand football. Sir alex Ferguson said attack wins you games, but defense wins you titles. Mourinho has won more premier leagues than pep, mourinho has won the champions league with inter, and porto, without cheating whilst pep won it with barca 2x with controversial semi finals both times (vs Chelsea 2009 and vs arsenal 2011, when RVP got a red card undeservedly) Pep has built a great team, but Mourinho previously improved teams to make them great, although I will admit he faltered a few times in Man utd. Just remember Pep won with Messi on his side, with Raheem sterling David silva, KDB compared to mourinho who had a bunch of MAN utd players who cared more about their hairstyles than the badge on their shirt.
I'd like to see Pep playing his style and winning without world class players in every position. It's alright when you inherit the best squad in the league and spend £700M on making it even better. Then again, even with those resources, he can't make it past the CL quarter finals. Some genius!
@@myAutoGen we didn't have the best squad in the league, arguably united had a better squad in 15/16, there's a reason he shifted most of the squad out
Bongani Msiza - he's not improved massively. He was already one of the best right backs in the league. The reason people were complaining was 50m for a defender was virtually unheard of and comparing it to past market prices. If you look at it on recent transfer fees he now looks a bit of a bargain.
You clearly see the impact Pep made on him when he explains his complicated role so fluently. Great Manager, it's very hard to improve your players intellectually. Amazing, best manager for quite a few years now.
Anything to do with 18/19 season makes me happy just the background in this video just takes me back to how entertaining it was and how lucky we were to witness it
It's funny how Kyle spoke about John Stones being able to go right to the top when he at the time was not succeeding at all. Fast forward to may 2021 and he is one of the players of the season
Thanks for giving me advice on how to play as a wing back for Guardiola. I’ll keep that in mind when I get a call from him asking me to be his first team full back
Watching more of him over the past year I’ve become a big fan of his, his speed blows my mind, but this great to hear how he feels he has a different perspective playing his position with Pep.
In response to Carragher's question, the main reason Pep introduced the inverted full backs was because he innovated playing two no.10s in David Silva and KDB as central midfielders, or what he called "free 8s". So this left Fernandinho basically alone and this is where Walker/Delph helped out.
Top lad. Top attitude. Top player. The fact that he mentions “short career” just shows that pep has instilled some serious winning mentality in his players.
Walker still keeping the honesty of the player. When the ball hit him in the nuts vs Croatia and still got up to make a play. Massive respect! One and only few that wouldn’t roll around for 10 mins like he is dying.
yungmykz no...i think it's more about gary and jamie being able to coach the style in their managerial careers. If you look, carragher and gerrard asked similiar questions of klopp but klopp also didn't want to reveal much and told them to study thousands of games and to try to learn on their own.
I am sure Kyle was feeling butterflies inside his stomach as long as this interview lasted, to be on a World wide stage watching legends in the likes of Gary and Jamie having a serious discussion with him, with all of this this equal respect, admiration and interest.

TheMrLjupce Despite his link to the Scouse bastards, Carra is a great pundit and not awful like Jenas and Shearer. And good grief, I used to moan when those tools Alan Hansen and Mark Lawrenson were on every week ffs.
Gary knows how amazing it is to play at Right back, essentially its a role in a football pitch that is extremely hard and which propels how a game is played. As a Right back himself i am sure he is very proud of Kyle Walker not just for playing well in world cup but for giving the proper justice to the RB position. On a side note what if Gareth Southgate played 4 in the back which is a formation every player in England squad plays with there parent club. Three in the back was super negative for in in terms of attacking. Familiarity and instinctual perception are so important.
Walker no2 is a Top player and full bk and the shifts he put in at Centre bk at the World Cup were impressive playing alongside Stones no5 Quality ball playing Centre bk and Kompany's pure physicality at Club lvl can only improve Walker playing that position Top Lad with the banter👍⚽💪😁
Antares ikr! I’m so surprised that Neville and the rest are so interested in peps false fullback system when he has been using that since his first season at Bayern with lahm and alaba! Explains fully why pep walked the league last season
Walker is one of the most fantastic players as well. Man City are mostly focused on offensive players. They couldn't win the title without players such as Ederson, Otamendi and Walker for sure.

By explaning how do you convert LW to LB!
rishi rajan there is nothing special about a parked bus m8
rishi rajan coz we know how they play 🚎🚎Park the bus😂😂
U known the answer park the bus
rishi rajan the previous guy changed a rw to Rb too
Can’t dislike this guy. Shows intelligence and is very humble.
Match of the day over sky all day
... lol. carra wasn't having none of that
KEKayT boys sky never makes anything free to watch
... - The only thing you get on MOTD is highlights and 5 min discussion about the game. MNF offers a lot more (Deep Analysis, Discussions, Interviews etc.)
Oceans and Land over Sky under contract, over under. Fact. 😆
TheMrLjupce Despite his link to the Scouse bastards, Carra is a great pundit and not awful like Jenas and Shearer. And good grief, I used to moan when those tools Alan Hansen and Mark Lawrenson were on every week ffs.
always admired walker even if im a liverpool fan, probably because of fifa but still rated him, under pep he's done bits fair play
I like how he keeps saying "the gaffer"
I’m Tottenham and I’ll always rate Walker. Top player top guy
kyle is a top professional but don't forget pep gave him that believe also.
Gary Neville asking the best English Right back for hints smh
Brutal Butler no...it's for the people watching...I'm sure Gary knows and understands what a right back has to do
Brutal Butler it's called an interview, not hints. You need an expert to interview am expert
Legend this lad loves being from Yorkshire too ❤️
Can we do this for every position
Walker no2 is a Top player and full bk and the shifts he put in at Centre bk at the World Cup were impressive playing alongside Stones no5 Quality ball playing Centre bk and Kompany's pure physicality at Club lvl can only improve Walker playing that position Top Lad with the banter👍⚽💪😁
wow.. his voice was totally unexpected
Strong lad... amazing physique.... explosive speed
John got niced then 😆❤️
Crazy watching this the 2 days after city qualified for the champions league final
Who’s here after Kyle pocketed Neymar?
He pocketed Vinicius a couple weeks ago 😂
@@LeominsterFC hahah he knows how to man mark these Brazilians
Show us more of this kind of videos!!! Amazing, we can learn so much!!!
Funny how they are in awe and obsessed about Guardiola's tactics in England when Guardiola has been doing it for years
Antares ikr! I’m so surprised that Neville and the rest are so interested in peps false fullback system when he has been using that since his first season at Bayern with lahm and alaba! Explains fully why pep walked the league last season
They thought he couldn't do it in the "toughest league itw" but after the footballgasm that was last sn, now they have to take hin seriously
Walker is one of the most fantastic players as well. Man City are mostly focused on offensive players. They couldn't win the title without players such as Ederson, Otamendi and Walker for sure.
