- Halo: Reach is the true story of 6 Spartans, picked to live a squad, and have their lives taped to find out what happens when people stop being polite, and start getting real.
This is our experience playing that game on the hardest difficulty with additional modifiers to make it even harder. This is a compilation of our individual videos, with some of the extra stuff edited out to make it even more pungent.

Impossibly infuriating thing 1: Elite throwing a grenade in one direction while looking in another
Impossibly infuriating thing 2: Wraith shooting from its side for no reason
And two Wraiths at the end of Exodus that apparently have X-Ray and able to perfectly aim at your location and also directly hits you with it at the rate of 100% unless it's under the bridge or you're in cover.

And the most accurate Elites the Covenant have to offer. Even more accurate than Halo 2 Jackal Snipers. Considering how they arc instead of a straight shot.
Gotta love all the swears being censored with Elite/Brute noises.

My buddy I do LASO runs and I learned that Holograms are the cheese method when you don't know smart exploits. Was well over halfway through the game, but man did that help calm the blood pressure lol
One of the best things about this video is the description.
AI in MCC Legendary = all enemies have wall hacks, can see for literal miles and also have psychic powers.
Also rarely demonstrate the uncanny ability to fire sticky grenades out of their poopers
Tip: if you take out the wraiths turret and stun it, get into the turret. The driver will automatically get out and your buddy can hijack it. Then you can destroy the AA guns on tip of the spear and that one sword base mission without even going in.
Been playing through LASO campaigns with my friend, inspired by you two, we spent 7 hours on The Truth and Reconciliation

Detroit Oddballs it was our third try, first time making it to the ship, and we did! The second room took about 2 or 3 hours because neither of us had any ammo and we had to melee our way through the entire room
My favorite thing in this is that the censor bleeps are elite noises.
Your videos inspired me to complete halo 2 and almost halo ce laso, we are on the mission keyes on halo ce laso.
The most clever part in all of these halo videos is the censoring with the covenant voices, that is god wort wort wort beautiful.

Me and my friend just finished Halo 3 laso, Halo 3 legendary under 3 hours as well as ODST and reach in under 3 hours on legendary.
We'll be doing reach laso soon and I'm currently trying to figure out twitch so I can stream it lmao

When 3 friends and I went through long night of solace laso it took us a solid 3 hours, the sabre sections werent even the most difficult parts. I think our main saving grace was it being possible to glitch into the pelican turret, without that it would've taken way longer with the strategy we were doing (one person sends out a hologram while another tries to backstab the elites while everyone else provides suppressing fire and drops a bubble shield if needed.)

Considering the elite's eyes are angled more to the sides, I imagine they have really good peripheral vision.

Honestly- as often as you guys accidentally work against one another, I’d kill to watch you play party games like Among Us or some shit. I’d probably piss myself.
I remember doing this playlist solo (SLASO) and still have recurring nightmares from Long Night. Yeah it was a "long night" alright....

I really want to do all the Halo LASO playlists (well, true Halo games, not 4 or 5), but I don't have friends willing to go through that much hell with me. I really want to figure out which game is truly hardest, because right now my order is this (from watching others complete LASO): Halo 2, Halo CE, Halo Reach, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST.
I would agree with your list. Maybe flip reach and halo 3
@@DetroitOddballs With how you guys breezed past Reach, I'd agree, but seeing how others who don't know glitches or despawns can take 2+ hours on a 13 minute mission (Nightfall), I'd probably put them more at a tie I guess. I'm surprised how easy the space part of LNoS is on LASO, but maybe that's because it's with 2-4 people when I watch it. When I did LNoS on solo legendary, the space part was nearly impossible and I had to hide behind the station for the banshee + seraph wave and take my time with the phantom wave (unless they updated the game to fix the AI so they weren't so broken (I read somewhere that they broke the space AI in the PC port and made it like 10x harder than the Xbox version)).
But yeah, I guess flipping Halo 3 and Reach makes sense, or at least making them a tie if you don't know any tricks to make life easier.

I gave up on halo ce laso on truth and reconsiliation finally made it past the hangar I died and I clicked restart instead of save and exit to bypass the iron skull

I finished this playlist over the weekend and I hated LNOS it was the worst...spent 4 hours on that mission alone
why does some of the footage quality just look like pure ass? awesome vid though
We had been using mixer along with a third party program to take clips from that, but that program stopped working, so we had to switch to twitch and we didn't have the correct stream settings at first.

@@delilas2398 iron skull reverts you to your last checkpoint in co-op but in solo if you die even once, you are sent all the way to the beginning of the level
