Couldn't agree with you more. Create a sugar tax,. For every product sold that lists sugar as its first three ingredient, slap a tax ingredient to cover the cost of diabetes and overweight. Corporations should be held accountable for unhealthy products being marketed in poor, disadvantaged communities. Go to Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn where you will see in front of the hospital a lineup of fast food, cheap unhealthy food which is the reason they end up going to the hospital in the first place. Reform starts at corporate America not the victims nor their providers.

All we need to do to make this happen,....in ten years time...is to outlaw McDonald's, Burger King, etc....and feed people "real food"....the food that God made for us....and sickness will be gone,....."totally gone".
Let's go back to small farms and natural foods....if we do....we can live in Paradise.
