I can't find a video on changing the 2014 2.0t. One video said, I didn't have to, that it never has to be changed. I just don't know about that though.
Transmission OIl Changing intervals AT 100.000k kilometers (62k miles) MT 120.000 kilometers In my opinion changing transmission oil/fluid is the best way to maintain your car in good condition and failure-free Genny.

For Transmission I use Motul MotylGear 75W85. You can use rest of your oil for rear Diff
