The xp that you are receiving is the xp from the card that you are discarding, that's why it can be different from the xp given from the card that you are taking
Would honestly love to watch more, i dont know if i'm a big fan of there already being so much DLC planned tho, feels like it couldve just been in the game to start with at that point
Every DLC for the digital game is an expansion of the boardgame, they made it that way so the base game could match the physical game and its expansions
Was a bit of a shame that the tutorial ended up giving you unlimited potions, but allowing someone to fully experience the gameplay loop on their first encounter and then be able to do some upgrades was probably better than just crushing them under the normally brutal difficulty. First played this on TTS years ago by myself and with a friend and it was a lot of fun, but i think the only games we ended up winning were the games that we accidentally cheated in by using too many heroic dice and not always covering shields first. In a normal game potions are incredibly rare and its not uncommon to see 4-5 in an entire game. Been meaning to check out the Steam version for awhile now, thanks for an entertaining peek at it!
I've been watching your videos for atleast a year now, without ever hitting the subscribe button, but your outro really made you sound like "please like and subscribe" (as all yourtubers do) but you did it in a way that actually made me.... want to, well one new sub :P
I don’t mean to be spamming you with another comment but there is an itchio bundle that you can buy to support Ukraine charities. It has loads of itchio games and maybe you could advertise the bundle to help - it appeals to our indie game community after all.

Please do more episodes of this!

Not really. The base is the same as the actual physical game.
Every DLC for the digital game is an expansion of the boardgame, they made it that way so the base game could match the physical game and its expansions
Plus, when the game goes on the big Steam sales, the base game drops to $0.99 so the DLCs are how they make any money.
I just recently wanted to give the boardgame a look after I heard it's somewhat similiar to Dicey Dungeons.
I thought I saw someone play this before, but no, it was me with the physical version

love the game, glad you checked it out and enjoyed it, maybe a stream/vid with someone via remote play could be interesting. love you reto
Very neat for sure. Oh yeah, I say this way too much on this channel already, but yes, would watch more.
I love this game. I suck at it. But I love it.
I like this game a lot. Playing with two heroes instead of one is definitely more fun, though.
You keep showing off games I find interesting. Which is great for me.

One of my favorite parts of these games is the names.....Caliana
I hope naming in Indie games never changes.
The board game comes with a written pad where you can mark what you spent.
I hope we see more of this game
I'd watch you play board games too if that's something you're in to
Absolutely love this game I'm going to buy the physical copy
Oh hell yeah this game is great. Kind of rough but sure as hell fun I wanna get a copy of the physical version and play with friends ^_^
