congrats anna! for skin care- go to a dermatologist and get a retanoid (tretanoin i personally think is the best). This will completely transform you skin. Less is more and the products that will work the best are from the dermatologist

keep ur skincare simple and look for things that are non comedogenic it is life changing!!! i completely got rid of my acne by getting products that don’t clog up pores and let the skin breatheeeeee
Honestly girl when it comes to skincare, it’s truly about trial and error and it also comes down to….what you eat, how much water you drink, if you get enough sleep, if you tend to stress out a lot. All of those factors, can contribute to how your skin looks. If you know what your skin type is….whether you’re oily, dry, or combo….try buying products based on your skin type. Then look for products that have good ingredients. Any products that you see that have fragrance, parfum, essential oils, lemon, or citrus in them….especially if they’re high up in the ingredients list….don’t buy them, because that will cause irritation and sensitivity. If you use a serum that comes in a dropper, never touch the dropper directly to your fingers, or face because the natural bacteria that’s on your face and fingers can get into the product, causing it to spoil faster which will make it not very effective for your skin. So when using any skincare product that has a dropper, hold the dropper 2-3 inches above your hand and then the serum drop onto your hand, and then warm it up with your hands. Of course, you can’t forget about sunscreen….Sunscreen should always be applied before any serums, or makeup because it will get into your skin faster and better. I personally use the 2-4 finger rule for sunscreen. If I use an SPF 50 or anything over….I do two fingers (the amount of sunscreen that’s needed is the amount that completely covers your pointer and middle finger) if I use an SPF that’s 10-40….I do all 4 fingers: pointer, middle, ring, pinky….yes it does seem like a lot, but sunscreen is important. I also drink water every single day, and try to cut out foods that would irritate me…so mainly dairy and grains like bread.
I literally went on a skincare spree and started using and trying all of this stuff when my skin was fine. Then all that shit made my skin legit horrible. I went back to using micellar water, Sunday Riley acne oil, and moisturizer and my skin is finally clearing up again. I use vit c and sunscreen in the AM. I quit trying to have a 10 step skincare routine and went back to keeping it simple and my skin likes that way more
Mrs Anastasia is obviously the best,I studied her questions and answers just in 5 days i passed,the materials she provided was exactly the questions I saw on my test day
Nclex exam won't be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Anastasia...she's God sent, she saved me form talking the test for the 6th time you can contact her on WhatsApp for Guidance
They say third times a charm, am officially a nurse 🎉🎉 for all my repeat test takers don't give up and don't be discouraged.
You will pass everyone has their own season, just keep going pray and believe you will recieve

I used some Uworld, some Remar, and read a lil saunders. I did 3 nurse achieve exams and my result came back failed
I have sat for Nclex for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭
