you should make different types of overnight oats for the mornings!! that way you have other options than cereal and also maybe put fruit with cereal!! or you could do toast with PB or any nut butter and honey and bananas that’s honestly my fave thing to eat after a long night
I use to do breakfast burritos. I would make some scrambled eggs for the week and whatever else you want in it. Quick, easy, and healthy with the low carb soft taco shells (I don't know if that is the right name). Just a suggestion. You are doing great! It's so hard to switch back and forth from days to nights.

for easy breakfast ideas u should do kodiak cakes!! u can make a bunch at once and like meal prep them for when u come home! i like making blueberry ones and chocolate chip ones
You could make pancakes or waffles and then freeze them! just pop them in the microwave or toaster when you get home. Then have some fruit & yogurt on the side!
try making smoothies, very easy, full of fruits and fibers, and add protein powder if you want it to be more filling and more beneficial. love you loads!

i actually love working one day, having one day off, and then working two days. when i come back from a weekend, it's hard for me to want to go back to work so it's much easier knowing that i only have to work one day and then have another day off. and then it's just two more days after that. i don't like doing 3 days in a row. but im sure nights are easier to do 3 in a row
how exactly does it work for you to get coverage for two breaks? i kno you have your preceptor who can cover your breaks right now but is it more difficult off orientation for everyone to be able to take two breaks?
when you say your hospital uses med couture scrubs, does that mean that they require you to get only that brand? i've always been able to wear any brand. we just get the hospital logo embroidered on the scrubs we choose
