I dunno, I like how Project Itoh's MGS4 novel portrays Snake more; that Snake's been bugging Otacon to let Sunny outside the Nomad for a long time. It makes sense for him to do that, since in MGS2 he was all about passing the torch to the next-generation and letting them "read our messy and sad history by its light."
I kinda wished that MGSV had a stress mechanic too but _without_ a professional therapist to help Snake in consideration of that game's time period It was a really immersive mechanic
Well it might not be much, but I always considered the stress meter to be when the gun in first person is unbalanced and unsteady. It’s not much, but it does make some level of sense to me
Stress makes me dependent on others for emotional support. Then it makes me anxious about my relationship with the friendship I had built up. When my stress gets too high it turns to rage which is something I need to control.
I had a psychologist like that, almost exactly like Rose, add to that extra succulent voice and that alone acted as an anti-depressant. Needless to say, I had to lower my eyes to keep myself from smilling so damn much. I didn't know angels existed.
SundownTE because she is useful, informative, and has actual character. If she were like this in metal gear solid two on top of being Raidan’s boyfriend, a lot of the problems I had with their banter would be solved.
Dalen Lewin I think their banter against one another was to showcase on how Raiden is beneath Soild Snake in many aspects. Snake easily has women falling for him like May ling and Meryl who find him charming, while Raiden is still having trouble maintaining the relationship. A clashing contrast to show how much better one solider is to another and to show how players would want to be the “better” between the two.
Rose: (tells Snake how to deal with Sunny) Me: Last time she was outside with a trained combatant (her mom) she got kidnapped, was somehow placed in a computer, and by the time she was released, her mom died. Pretty sure she's nervous when it comes to outside. In addition to possible survivor guilt.

When I first saw Rose in-game, I thought she looked like a Silent Hill character, which I guess makes sense given the game's pedigree.
