Yeah when you censor, it changes too much and loses a lot of depth (edit there are still 3 that are not just acceptable to censor but are absolutely required 1 the Hard N in a rap song when you don't meet the uh requirements, 2 outdated terms in an old song that just are not acceptable anymore, and 3 the Hamilton on Disney defense where it had to to meet requirements for the platform)
I think our society are too sensitive when it is just a song about whatever it is about, it's not like the singer is saying that to anyone, it's a song about something important, and changing the lyrics to not offend the sensitive is just cowardly. If ya can't sing the actual lyrics, don't do it

Fantastic. That was brilliant.
Every song in that series was an absolute banger. Anyone who's not Hazbin Hotel, really needs to. It earns that 18+ rating, and it bounces between being utterly crass and vulgar and being one of the most heartbreaking, raw meaningful series I've seen in a long time. I binged the whole thing in a day and I think I've got withdrawals. I don't think I've seen anything so *consistently* good in a long time.
I'd love to hear your take on some of the songs in that series, Colm. **Poison** especially.
