Welcome to Ditaiplastic, This is Amy. Today, we are forming a really cool project, it is a PC semi-transparent baffle, which used in the long-distance bus. This panel will install on the top of the seat which can give the passenger a private and comfortable space. And we can take a look at the raw material, it's a PC sheet. The sheets we produced will have the protective film on both sides and will peel off the film before we do vacuum forming. Using this way can avoid scratches and won't let any bad thing happen to the sheets. These baffles prototypes also need the CNC cutting, edge-scarping, and packaging, so we need to transport them inside our factory but we already peeled off the protective film, so after vacuum forming, we will cover the new protection on the product's surface. PC sheet gets air bubbles in it when heated , is it true ?

If the PC is not stocked pc with moisture, it won't have air bubbles :)
