Hey y'all! In this video, I'll show y'all how I make chili cornbread casserole. This is a comforting, hearty, bowl of deliciousness! I think this is one that you'll be making for years to come! Enjoy💋
Here's what you'll need:
2boxes of Jiffy mixed according to box, but not baked
1-2lbs of ground beef cooked & drained
1/2 med onion chopped
1tbsp minced garlic
1small can of green chilies (optional)
1/2 can of chili (optional)
1can beans drained
1can of Soutwest Corn
1can of diced tomatoes w/green chilies
1can tomato paste mixed in 1/2c of beef broth
2cups of shredded cheese
2tbsp of Cilantro
Seasonings: Chili powder, Oregano, Cumin, Salt, Pepper
Ideas for toppings:
Sour cream
Jalapeños
Chives
Cilantro
